After nearly a half-century, the oldest, unidentified homicide victim in Massachusetts, dubbed the Lady of the Dunes, has been identified as Ruth Marie Terry of Tennessee.

A family member tried to find her a long time ago, according to investigators.

I don't think she was on anyone's radar... She was not in NAMUs, that I could tell. According to Dnasolves, she was a wife and mother. Perhaps this is domestic violence instead of a random killer.
