I read somewhere that TT was best friends with one of the victims, but then did not attend the funeral. I know that's circumstantial but pretty guilty IMO.

Also leaving thousands of cash and drugs laying around fits the MO of a religious nutcase not a drug dealer or anything else.

Umm ... found Gerry's on FB. Menu is Italian, but not sure about ownership. When you click on the very few photos of woman and child, connects to a person VV. When you go to VV's page, her interests are most definitely related to Islam. Haven't yet determined whether that be radical or otherwise.

Feds join investigation into bombing-murder cases

Federal Bureau of Investigation agents have joined the investigation with local authorities to determine whether there is a link between Tsarnaev and Brendan Mess.

Among the new details: Tsarnaev previously lived with Mess, and Gerry’s Italian Kitchen on Belmont Street in Watertown may be linked to both the bombing and murders, according to ABC News

WRT the latino/Muslim, I found that unusual also. Still don't know where VV fits in, but checking further into the owner SO (or SI at times), the surname and various hits would seem to indicate middle eastern (Arabic). Owner/part owner of various businesses (presumably with relatives of same surnames), some related of course to three Italian restaurants, but some other companies with no description, other than "domestic profit organization", and non-descript names like ABC Company Inc.

There is one business that I would question .. to me the name smacks of computer technology. Can't find more on the company, but as soon as I heard the name, my mind instantly said ATMs.

Please tell me it is not almost 3:30 am :bedtime:

And somebody called Gerry's from the victim's cell phone ordering food on the night of the triple murder.

Except the donation box isn't actually at Gerry's. It's in the parking lot of Francis Food Mart at the opposite end of the strip. But yeah, close enough.

Tamerlan also drove a Benz. i think that it's possible he killed these three people. His brother, may hv been there with him. Or his wife? Who knows. Pot head, loves his pot and older brother loves his Benz. This case may just be solved soon. And no; you cannot die from using pot.

Covering the bodies with their own pot....this says to me...we are better than you; you are worthless and all you care about is your pot. I'm really focusing in on the older brother as the perp in this case. At this point in time. It's the lack of emotion in this brutal crime that is so much like the same MO in the Marathon; it screams to me in my gut.

I don't see a connection yet, jjenny, but if I was inclined to really stre-e-e-tch my imagination, I'd say the connection was an employee at GIK. At the moment, to me, it looks like a coincidence, but that could change, naturally.

The Mercedes was mentioned very early in the thread. Later, however, a member noted one article said a Mercedes was towed away from the scene. That seems to indicate it belonged to a victim. Regardless, we're still left with a number of other good reasons to question whether TT was responsible for the murders.

The Mercedes that was towed belonged to B.M. If you look at the news video posted, you can see it's a black older model Mercedes, not silver as described in the article about TT. BM's brother was selling this car last summer (Sorry, don't have an MSM link - this was posted somewhere else, but I saw his photo of the car).

Seems to me the Gerry's connection may not be the restaurant itself, or it's owner, but perhaps trying to point blame to whomever was the driver that night.

The slit throats was not only quick and convenient, but could have been symbolic of shutting someone up. If the victims WERE dealing in pot, the scattered pot could have been symbolic of turf killing.

I still cannot bring myself to believe that low level marijuana dealers (or any marijuana dealers for that matter) would be violently killed like this.

And there's still part of me that thinks that the big deal made over the "symbolic gesture" of the marijuana may have been in part to distract from the bigger symbolic gesture of a murder of this nature on 9/11

That said, neither of these scenarios really make sense. It seems like a senseless, crazy act of violence, and if there was a message, no one seems to know what it was.

I have no trouble whatsoever in visualizing the "symbolic gesture" wrt the pot and money left behind being total disdain for the "infidels" .. the victims and their lifestyle ... a la "See, this is where your drugs and your money has gotten you"

I'm not sure those delivery people are on an actual hourly basis, but sit around waiting for the order and only get paid X dollars for a delivery. So, would delivery peeps be on actual payroll, or maybe just get handed cash out of the till at the end of the night with no records being kept other than a petty cash chit?

If it was a female delivery person who went to the Harding Av residence, I wonder how determining if TT was also a delivery person would factor into that scenario?

No. The statement about having no friends in America was made in early 2009 when he was training for Golden Gloves competition.

Whoever did it had an accomplice. Or he had a gun. I think, if TT, despite his boxing prowess, without a gun, hard to kill individually. BM was an MMA person. They weren't little trusting, frightened nurses like the eight Speck took over, promising he wouldn't hurt them.

I also wonder how no trace evidence left at scene and why BMs + his crew's circle of acquaintances not questioned more thoroughly, and if DNA/fingerprints present, theirs not tested against it.

Say the pizzeria order is on the level--meal for one, sure not for three pot-smoking guys.

Effects of pot would not have incapacitated them. But mentioned here,maybe one at a time killed as they came home. Laborious dragging bodies about all by oneself? Even a big man would find it time-consuming.

I don't want to cop bash, as they do a heck of a job,many many dogged detectives, but think they had a theory and fit the investigation to it. Still, should have...FBI should have....should have, would have...
