I haven't seen this thread in a minute. We all know that the guy from Ware did it though. Im surprised they never arrested him for the first murder. They knew it was domestic related from the beginning. Smh

They’ve kept that first one quiet, outraging the family. The victim’s daughter in law has made several angry Facebook posts about the DA keeping them out of the loop. There’s testing going on in that particular case, including a hammer found not far from the house where that victim was battered to death. Locke is in court on the 21st I believe, on the charge of misleading an investigation. Hopefully we’ll know more by Thursday afternoon. Everyone knows that, that particular charge is just an excuse to keep him behind bars until some headway can be made in the investigation. Still radio silence from the husband of those victims, apparently he’s still hanging out in Florida, as one does after their family has been massacred.

I just don't get why the husband moved the family so far away from his job. I understand wanting them to live in a better neighborhood, but wasn't there others closer?

I think they wanted to be close to his family. Crucial for some.

They did, which is why they moved to the area. Unfortunately, it was a fatal mistake moving closer to a psychopathic family member (if he did it).

Mathew Locke indicted for lying to police about MS-13 in case of West Brookfield family found dead

“In the indictments, handed down by a Worcester County Grand Jury on Thursday, Locke is accused of misstating a fact about the nature and extent of his relationship with Sara Bermudez, misstating a fact about the gang known as MS-13, for misstating the last time he had been in the Bermudez household and for misstating a fact regarding his denial of drug use.“

Interesting. What did he lie about in regards to his relationship with the mother? Also interesting that LE can prove that he was in the house at a date or time later than he claimed. This all seems like it’s going to be a precursor to an eventual quadruple murder charge.

Wow, now this case becomes even more interesting.

BBM - no kidding! I didn’t see that one coming!

No. There was just that cryptic line in the indictment about Locke “lying about the nature of his relationship” with Sara. No rumors or anything else to add from comments and posts on social media in relation to this case. It’s an incredibly curious development though.

He probably is now saying he did side jobs around the property for her just in case his car was spotted near the area that day.

Could be something as simple as they hated each other and he said they were best friends. I wouldn’t read to much into it LE wanted him where they knew darn well where he was and they accomplished it with some minor charges.

I have never understood the monsters that live within some people.

What’s more significant is him lying about the last time that he was in the house, which is evidence that may have relevance in regard to the actual murders. This is certainly an effort on the part of LE to keep him off the streets though.

The kids know him. So now we see why they died. But whats the original motive behind her death.

Stolen bill money that she was going to report. Or what?

It really could be anything. Maybe it was a rejected sexual advance or her refusing to give him drug money or something. Good point as to why he likely killed the kids.

That’s what gets me at every turn. Why the kids?

No one can understand the reasoning behind the bent excuses of a child killer.

Maybe he was high. But at least he’s alive and if he killed them he just might shed light about the reason. Or he might claim innocence or just lie.
Regardless, he’s twisted and a psyche specialist most likely would have to sort him out.

Is MB still living at that house? Does anyone know?

Sounds to me like somebody that is floundering after the loss of his family...It must be a terrible thing to go through. Seems that he needs help and is looking for it in the wrong way. Must be lonely in that house all alone.
