The worst part is, the only witnesses are the non-verbal five year old and the three year old, and they're unlikely to understand nor be able to describe what happened to them.
We know it's got to be bad, that driver didn't disable cameras and take these kids to a secluded spot for anything but filthy intentions.
But actually proving it is going to be very difficult.
No doubt he picked his victims with this in mind
I just wanted to say though that non verbal doesn't necessarily mean non communicative, we often hear that and assume they're completely silent, or that they dont understand, but thats very often not the case.
Let's hope that this little boy can sign, or write, use picture boards etc.
3yr olds are also often very articulate, again, lets hope this little one is able to describe what happened to them.
I am very interested to know why a 3yr old was on a school bus, let alone unaccompanied!
