He was last seen Saturday afternoon in the Wrentham Center driving his 2007 Cadillac DTS, blue, with Massachusetts plates 48WB66.

Police say they spoke with him via cell phone, and Perry mentioned he had become lost getting on Route 495.

The department says it spoke with him several more times in the evening when Perry was in Providence and then somewhere south off Hardfor Connecticut. Finally, he reported to be near Manchester-by-the-sea.

So sad. He looks so much older than 73. I wonder if police, during their conversations with him, instructed him to pull over somewhere and wait for someone to come help him? Seems like he was driving all over the place for a very long time.
