Found unresponsive in a public place, died at local medical center.

MCT wrist medial aspect "Letisha" with lightning bold; MCT lower arm outer aspect "Money" and MCT heart; left thumb web - symbol possible "LI"

Grey hair, brown eyes, various tattoos, stud earring in left ear.

I wish they listed where in Suffolk County (Boston) he was found.
