This article says there was no pact, that they are simply saying they will help eachother out.

Here is my favorite quote: "'Any planned blood-oath bond to become pregnant — there is absolutely no evidence of,' Kirk said."

I don't think a pact has to be a blood-oath bond. I feel that it is likely there was no "blood-oath bond" but that doesn't mean there was no pact.

i heard on CNN that AFTER a few girls who happened to know each other became pregnant, they were like... we're going to get through this and get throug school and help each other out.
MUCH different than a pact to get pregnant!

The movie, "The Pregnancy Pact," refers to the Time Magazine article that claimed a group of girls at Gloucester High School confessed to making a pact to get pregnant and raise their babies together.

Lifetime did not specify the town where the movie takes place, but the film's plot and scenery have similar characteristics to Gloucester.

I find it hard to believe that 17 girls got pregnant around the same time and it wasnt planned. I am sure some may have been accidental but I am willing to bet that most of them did it because the others were.
