BOSTON -- Charges against three men indicted in the 2004 shooting deaths of three Boston men have been withdrawn after two key witnesses in the case died, Suffolk County District Attorney Daniel Conley said Monday.

Jemald Allen, 33, of Roxbury; his nephew, Roderick Allen, 26, of Mattapan; and Antoin Fields, 32, of Dorchester, were indicted early last year for the Sept. 4, 2004, shooting deaths of Angelo Henderson, Jaison Jenkins and Anthony Williams after a cookout at Franklin Field.
