Thanks for those links SewingDeb, I personally found the photo of Kate holding Madelaines cuddle toy a photo which was posed for as if you were doing a photo shoot, like other photos that have been taken of the McCanns they are cold and unemotional. The other thing that I have been thinking a lot about is how many people now are starting to point to the McCanns as having something to do with Madelaines disappearance besides leaving her alone that fateful night. Is it just gut feelings or is it because the more we hear from the media and the actions of the McCanns, it leads us to believe they were more involved, just my opinion of course, but I think something to think about.

This link tells us that money raised to help find Madelaine is not listed as a charity fund, as it is only focusing on finding Madelaine and not any other missing children, but it might be listed as a charity fund at a later date, why not now. I thought I read somewhere that Gerry McCann said this fund would help other missing children, it isnt at the moment. More lies.

I have one huge problem with the significane this article is attaching to Cuddle Cat and that is that the Mccans have had Cuddle cat in their possesion since after Maddie disspaeared. I belive if the Mccaans stated that Cuddle Cats position indicated it had come in contact with a kidnapper that cat would be considred evidence and be under lock and key in LE possesion. They would not be free to carry the cat and wash it no less. These actions in my mind dispute what this article is alledging.>>

I think it's far more likely that the McCann's moved cuddlecat...either to divert the investigation from the McCanns or to prevent it from being seized as evidence to have a keepsake to remember her.

I fully believe that if the McCanns are responsible for Madeleine's death, they moved Cuddle Cat, possibly hiding it so it wouldn't be confiscated by the PJ. If the PJ believed that Cuddle Cat had any kind of DNA on it, they would've taken it. So either the toy was removed from the area and hidden or the McCanns downplayed its significance.

First off this time line make this enitre evening seem like a revolving door of people coming and going. What every 5 minutes one of the parents left on rounds???? My head was spinning just trying to keep up. When would any of them have time to relax and enjoy their evening that was so important to them to leave the children in the first place??? I'm not buying this load of crap for one minute. If they were that worried about those kids then they would not of left them alone in the first place!!!

And this doesn't jibe with what the tapas bar employees saw.

or Jeremy Wilkins who says he would have seen any1 with a child. he says he never saw the guy Jane saw. i know this was listed in the post but that is 2 people who keep the time line from matching.

And this doesn't jibe with what the tapas bar employees saw.

If the McCann friends are to be believed, there were 3 parents checking on the kids at the same time which doesn't make any sense. Especially considering that the Oldfield family had a babysitter watching their daughter, and the Payne family used a babyphone service.

This just makes nosense!! :silenced: :silenced: :silenced:
And to leave an 18 month old baby who is vomiting after less than 20 minutes including traveltimeto and from the Tapas-even if they had a babysitter!! I just simply can't believe this---:loser:

SNIPPET==========================

In our heart of hearts we'd both rather know - even if that means we have to face the terrible truth that Madeleine might be dead. But I can't prepare myself for bad news. I simply don't know how."

Anguished Kate, 39, spoke out the day after Portuguese police said for the first time there were indications that Madeleine, four, may no longer be alive.
Dad Gerry, 39, said that if their daughter was dead he was comforted by the belief she was in a "better place".
In a revealing interview Kate, also mum of two-year-old twins Sean and Amelie, told of the agony of continuing with everyday life while Madeleine's fate remained unknown.
She said: "Until you're in that situation, you can't even begin to imagine what it is that gets you out of bed. You just have to go on. And it doesn't take the guilt away.
"Whenever I laugh with the twins or eat something nice, it's there in the back of my mind - Madeleine would love this.
"I suppose I'm really just going through the motions of life, hoping every night I go to bed this will be the last day I'll have to get through without her."
Kate again defended the couple's decision to leave their children alone on the fateful night Madeleine was plucked from the family's holiday apartment in Praia da Luz.
She told Woman's Own magazine: "I ask myself 'Why did I think it was safe?' But it felt safe. You don't expect a predator to break in and take your daughter.
"I always had this little prayer I'd say at night - 'Please keep them safe, healthy and happy'. But safe in my head was about the children falling over or getting hit by a car.
"I never worried someone would watch us, break in and then take our daughter away. Why would I?"
Kate even joked that Madeleine is probably giving her kidnapper a taste of her forceful character.========================================<snip

I think barnehagen is another word for early childhood/day care.

LOL--thanks for the translation. I couldn't think of the proper English word.;)

barne=children
hagen=garden

The Norwegian version of the German-English version of Kindergarten :D

I found this at the Mirror forum.

Why did the McCanns keep their meal at a restaurant with Madeleine at 6:30pm on the day she disappeared a secret from police?

Contradictory depositions

Another Portuguese periodical, the “Daily one of Notice”, disclosed in this Sunday that had “contradictions” in the declarations of the witnesses who were having supper with the parents of the girl in day 3 of May, when Madeleine disappeared of the room where she slept with her younger siblings.

One of the friends of the McCann couple, Russell O'Brien, was present at the beginning of the supper, but shortly afterwards he was absent and alone he returned when the group was close to finishing the meal.

Jane Tanner, wife of Russell, that she gave to Polícia Judiciária (PJ) Portuguese the track of that she had seen a man of 1,70m of height, lean, and of hair chestnut in the street, with a girl in the arms in the night of the disappearance.

The composite picture elaborated for the description supplied for Jane was the one of the tracks followed for the durtante policy time where if it considered as most likely the hypothesis of kidnapping of Madeleine.

The periodical disclosed despite the McCann couple took snack with Madeleine to 18h30 of the day of the disappearance of the girl, in a restaurant in the Beach of the Light.

The fact alone was known by the Portuguese Judiciary Policy because the owner of the restaurant convoked them to ask to them if the policy if would interest in revising the video made for the cameras of security of the establishment.

After seeing the images, the policemen had interrogated the parents of the girl, questioning the reason for which the parents had forgotten to mention this fact in their previous declaration.

The daily Portuguese affirmed despite the declarations of the friends of the parents of Madeleine, some couples that if found together in vacation, are full of “contradictions and omissions”.

Why would Gerry & Kate not tell the police that they took Maddie out for an early dinner before bedtime? :doh:

Did something happen at the dinner with her that led to her disappearance later in the evening??

Who stayed with Sean and Amelie THEN? Did they go with them or were they left alone at that time, too?

Once again Madeleine's behavior is mentioned.. This is very telling to me... How did the McCann's handle her or NOT handle her? And why would ANY mother 'joke' about a 'kidnapper' with their child?

It's 120 yards as the crow flies, across two parking lots, a swimming pool, a wall and behind several hedges. But walking is almost twice that.

So it was over a football field! And they keep minimizing it like they were out on the veranda.

she makes it sound like this never happens in her country. like she should be excused because it is unheard of. http://missingkids.co.uk/missingkids/servlet/NewsEventServlet?LanguageCountry=en_GB&PageId=0 For the UK as a whole, over 77,000 children go missing every year.

This is really sick....especially what we can imagine a grown man could do to a 40-lb or less small child.

It just seems the more the McCanns talk, the less I believe in them.

Yes, the more they talk, the more dirt I see flying as their holes get deeper.....:razz:

I see nothing wrong with that statement. It's exactly what I think a lot of people would say to the parents of a missing child, to distract them from thoughts of a brutal murder. It may not be everyone's idea of 'appropriate', but who can tell what thoughts would get you through the day?
