Great minds, Peanut ;) I ETA’d my post at the same time to say about the extra company.
Think you could be right about the female influence too. One of his mates was quoted as saying it was a “typical bachelor pad”, but all the cushions don’t scream bachelor pad to me. The stool and camping chair do (sorry lads! No offence intended!) We only know he lived with the first German gf, NM and NF so far. But the British ex said he told her his exes would clean his house although they never actually lived there. One could have picked up a few homely things for him? (I don’t think much of her taste, mind you, but that’s not what’s under suspicion here. Even if it should be).
Yes I noticed the edit. Don’t know where you start cleaning this place, other than to reach for the large bin bags! ;)

Her square dog cushions and the blue monstrosities behind them would be my first victims.

That stars and moon fabric I remember was very popular in the late 90's.
I didn't have it of course.

And actually the more I think about it, this room looks like it would be quite dark and dinghy in pics, and I know it could have been lightened for publication, but the pics do seem to be extremely well lit...

I remember a cousin of mine having this exact same patterned bedding in the 90s. I’ve hated it ever since, and I was only a child.

ETA - don’t lie to me, Ted. You so did.

Yes I thought 90s which is why I’m thinking the room looks well lit when cameras at that time were not of todays quality

Flashes are ridiculously bright though, and we know there was a flash from the camera from the reflection on the exercise ball and on the white paint on the wall of the mantle that’s facing the camera.

If I look really hard, I can make that black thing on the floor by the exercise ball into a gimp mask with an open mouth hole and one obvious looking eye hole.
Or it could be a speaker, bin,whatever...........

I’m thinking this is a still from a video, otherwise what a rubbish pic. He might have set lighting up for the filming. Possibility?!

Aye, you would
I was thinking last night, it looks a bit like a floor fan too? Fans are typically white though...

I think so, yes. This is the 'before' scene.

Agree, but with all the seating more than one person involved?!

The one with the extra chairs is the better quality pic. Do you think both are from video stills?

Yes, as otherwise they are both such random pics. Maybe taken with different equipment, hence the quality difference. I hear CB had quite a choice to select from...

I guess the air bed had to be put there as it's close to the beam. Maybe his guest was tied to it like the other lady.

Just gets worse doesn’t it :(

Might be a bed for square pillow dog. Sorry lol I do still think it’s a dog, but I’ve only seen it on my phone. The broken blinds make me think a dog lived there at any rate.

Yeah I've looked at the blinds - presuming they're those thin metal ones I don't know whether square pillow dog would be able to bend them back so precisely. That's not too say he's not a smart dog, as he did manage to disguise himself as a scatter cushion quite well.
