He's the one who talked about jemmied windows. doors wide open, Madeleine being abducted, etc. At least 4 people related to him and Kate McCann all referred to the above, based on individual tel calls from him/her? to them, and it was how it was sensationally reported in the news the next day by those same relatives. They presumably reported what they'd been told

Who are the 4 people who said the same thing about the front door being open? I'm only aware of GM's sister's statement. If she didn't misunderstand, and that is what he actually said, why didn't any of them tell the same thing to the police? Kind of an important thing to mention if it was true don't you think?

Obviously CB seems to be smarter than we might assume. He ain't just a retarded and crazy drifter.

After his trial for the rape of the elder lady, he was reported to be pretty eloquent and calculating. Just like Dahmer seemed to be. Although he has a dark side, he is NOT dumb. His lawyer described him as an comfortable person, totally blanking out his conviction report.

Multilangual, no big problems to get arranged with new situations, within days moving without problems in other countries! He seems to be nobody, that should be underestimated.

IF he made a failure, that seems to be investigated by now, than maybe due to a drug-problem, including alcohol. Chattering around in bars and chats maybe, when drunken. Bragging around with crimes and knowledge of things....

It's a strange object isn't it.
You can see indications of a camera flash in that pic. If you look at the object on the mantelpiece (maybe a window scraper thingy) it looks like the flash has reflected on that too, making it black instead of silver.
If that is a silver metal object on the mantelpiece then the thing on the exercise ball could also have a metal type grill - Also the black thing coming out of the object on the ball looks like some kind of antenna/aerial that has reflected the flash and "blackened" it

Could it be a radio of some sort? A speaker?

That is also my opinion! So i assume, that the possible chimney-tool on the yellowish blanket is not a pliers or similar, but a thick black thing, that reflects the flash of the camera on its middle area!

Poor little Lady! I read, she was too weak to travel to the trial, so she has been interrogated in U.S..

hmm i read she was still alive, i cant remember where i read it though, but i'm sure it said for the rape trial she couldn't travel to Germany as she was now 86, so german prosecutors had to travel to America to visit her. Actually, i think it was from a original german article that i translated!
