You'd have thought so, but so many people set up money making rackets by setting up quango's and not for profits, Half the time the Gov doesn't care as these set ups are doing the work that the Gov doesn't want to do themselves and it's more cost effective usually imo.

Yes, I thought that. Media are saying NF was his GF at the time, but the British GF is saying she was GF at the time -
Perhaps it was an open relationship

Respected Portuguese state broadcaster RTP is saying officers, working with their German counterparts, discovered "fundamental evidence" to be able to prove suspect Christian B is responsible for Maddie’s kidnap and murder.
It has also linked Christian B to another missing persons' case in the Algarve resort of Silves.

She was still with R at this time. They said that when R left, CB and NF became a couple IIRC.

I agree. But anybody can have a foreign surname. I'm not sure he's Italian anyway. That's what they say.

I have a German surname, never been there, can’t speak the language. Names no indication of nationality IMO

CB was living as a free bird and stayed a lot in Foral. Stayed at villa bianca, living there or slept in his van opposite. He could have had a gf besides NF. He made use of every situation.
That gf must feel nauseated by now....

As he was living in barrocal, as he was living in foral, in SdL, in Monte judeu, in his van, as a couch surfer, anywhere and everwhere.
