Hate to bring this up, but after 13 years, what would be left to find (hopefully wrapped in a blanket or zipped in a bag so there’s more chance of usable evidence).
I would like it resolved without doubt, butI sort of hope again that nothing is found. Even if she were murdered, I hate the thought of her being cast in those filthy wells.
I’ve thought about this too, Jen. In a damp environment there would be nothing but her own DNA to be found. But at least her parents would have some sentiment of peace.
ETA - probably the wrong turn of phrase there. Peace doesn’t come into it, they’ll be tortured for the rest of their lives. But at least they’ll be able to lay her to rest. That’s such a massive part of the grieving process that they’re still going through to this day.
