Is that not an automatic algorithm for when a lot of traffic is generated to view that destination?

Could well be, Bastardo! I’ve no idea how these things work but that makes more sense than some guy sitting at a computer manually listing these things. Thanks!:)

Well this is the myspace of NF, she calls the profile "portugalnights76" 1976 same birthyear as CB and she is original from Wurzburg same as CB... So how many NFs are there in Portugal? Nicole Fehlinger Photos on Myspace .... i am pretty sure they are NF and RS. There was also a myspace called Scott & Nicole Fehlinger...that's how i got the name....But i could be wrong..i find RS a very common name, could be a fake name of course. I am not sure why they think he is Italian..but he looks mediterranean, could be Romanian too also because his first name... one thing is sure..that he is very mysterious. This is the myspace. Myspace not much info on it and it could be the American couple too... So still not certain his surname is Scott.
Yeh, it's funny some reports say her husband, soe say partner or boyfriend, and didn't she have a child of her own, maybe with him maybe not. Not all people use social media either.
I'm in England, so some searches don't come up due to data protection European laws etc

Yes, sorry, that's who I was thinking of in connection to CB. NF & RS split up didn't they but I've not seen any details about where he went to afterwards.

I did read an article that said although NF and RS split, RS remained in the house whilst NF and CB were an item.

So - CB could potentially be freed tomorrow on a technicality -

Luxembourg court could free Maddie McCann suspect tomorrow

"The case before the court in Luxembourg concerns the very technical issue of the exact terms of the arrest warrant, which his lawyers claim make the warrant invalid. Because he is appealing the 2005 rape conviction, he has not started serving that sentence. If he is now illegally in custody, the court could decide to release him."

Could @MENDEL or another Portuguese speaker tell me what this list of hundreds of names is, and if it could be relevant in any way?
Eg what is the list for? What are the numbers allocated to the people on the list?

NF appears on it, as does a Roman Slobodyuk

It seems to be a list of social security debtors.

List of debtors in Social Security
In compliance with the provisions of article 94, no. 1, of Law no. 42/2016 of 28 December (State Budget for 2017), in article 214 of the Code of Contributory Regimes of the Social Security Social Security System and in article 64, no. 5, paragraph a), of the General Tax Law, in 2017, by this means, the lists of debtors to social security with active tax enforcement proceedings are published.

This list includes debtors who, because the voluntary payment period has ended without having fulfilled their obligations and, within the legal term and terms, have not requested and framed the payment of the debt in installments, provided a guarantee or requested their release, their contributory situation regularized.

The organization of these lists fully respected the content of authorization No. 676/2006, of June 19, of the National Data Protection Commission.

So in plain English, they owe money?

No! That is not the way it is going to be. Even if the high court rules out, that the trial has to be re-done, he will not to bee freed. The arrest warrant for the rape will live up again.

If they do not confirm the sentence, the trial will start from the beginning. Maybe with new evidence. Not more, not less. Media is just gathering for clickbait.

Oh that's good, if the case. Regardless of whether or not he has any involvement with MM, it would be awful to see someone so obviously depraved and so obviously an ongoing danger to society at large released on a technicality.

It is also unlikely that he will be freed due to the 2/3 penalty-rule in germany for the drug-trafficking sentence, he is sitting by now. Because in the past, he avoided his convictions and broke the parole-orders.

German law is strictly, according to these things. That is also the reason, why HCW doesn't seem to need for any hurrying behavior.

That's a public listing of faulty taxpayers who didn't pay their debt to Portuguese IRS in an amount between 7.500-25.000€.

That name sounds Russian. Transliteration could be Роман Слободюк.

Can someone here give me coordinates of Foral's Villa Bianca?

خرائط ‪Google

I believe this is it based on my own seluthing using the pictures in the attached article. Also, the car seat someone mentioned earlier was found at Foral (pic in the article), but some of the other things they mentioned relates to the neighbours find at the farmhouse.‬‏‏ Two different stories mixed up.

Foral is 1h away from PDL avoiding highways. Not an ideal destination, which should be less than 30min. IMO...

Gosh I cannot keep up. What’s the update so far? The suspect is still being questioned?

Why do you say that? What makes things better to be 30 minutes away as opposed to an hour, given you are already in a vehicle? Doesn't seem to make much difference to me. The important thing would to be to get to somewhere you know is safe. In some ways, getting the further away from the crime scene, the better if the police are conducting searches and checks.

Not that easy, DLK. When alarm sounds, you can count on every police car and every police station to be informed in real time. Nothing an abductor can control and he'll expect erratic behavior by police. No abductor will feel very safe driving anywhere after those crucial 30min (If I wrote a detective story about abduction I wouldn't imagine it perfect a criminal driving more than half an hour). IMHO.

ETA: That's more likely 1h30min. as he'd more probably use as many secondary roads as possible especially to avoid Silves and Algoz (both almost a must on Google itinerary after excluding highways).
