I thought that was odd too, why did CB tell his new father in law about the crimes he did...it is a very strange thing to say to impress the father of his new gf. I still think DF and NF knew CB from when he was a teenager and probably she was the gf that went with him to portugal in 1995. Also the sentence from DF "Herr Brueckner what are you doing in Portugal" gives me the idea that DF knew CB from before and he was surprised that CB was in Portugal. It could be NF was in the same institute as CB, as we don't hear from a mother and DF was in Foral without a partner.
I agree that NF and CB likely knew each other before Portugal, but I think that if DF was involved in any way he wouldn’t have made that statement to the press. We don’t even know if what he said had actually been said to him by CB, or if he said that to make money from the story

This is maybe because of rumors at the time. I remember in 2007 there was a young lady on TV saying SM liked young girls. but late teenage girls, not girls like MM and he was young, in early 20, their age was close to his age. I don't think this is can be classified as a pedophile.

I've no idea who you're talking about, but that's the understatement of the year
Sounds perfectly normal and natural to me, otherwise the whole of the world's population are criminals.

Do you really think any police force investigates break ins any more. All they do is register your complaint, in some cases take prints and that’s it. On to the next lefty protest march that they have to police.

If and it’s a big if, any stolen goods are seized few years down the line they might match the prints to your robbery and may contact you if the goods might be yours.

Policing is different now. Break in happens regularly in cars and vans. Nothing is done about it.

And you are suggesting that the police look at every break in since 2005.........

Exactly

That is why the Tabloid coverage is largely xenophobic nonsense

What do you think happens when your house/car gets broken in to in London?

NOTHING!

Hey guys... I'm super far behind, but I'm hoping someone has a second to help me - at some point in this discussion (perhaps an earlier thread) someone posted how much it would cost to procure a child in say India vs a British kid. It was a list I think. I can't find it, and I need it again... can anyone pls copy paste it again for me? Sorry to ask, I shoulda bookmarked it! Thanks in advance!

This is the article about him, from themadeleinecasefiles
"MADELEINE: RUSSIAN 'IS A SEXUAL PREDATOR'

MALINKA: 'I'm not a criminal,' he said

Friday May 18,2007
By David Piditch and Matt Drake in Praia da Luz

A RUSSIAN computer expert questioned by police searching for Madeleine McCann is reported to have boasted to former colleagues how he had sex with an under-age girl.

Two women who worked with internet geek Sergey Malinka, 22, alleged he was a “sexual predator” who preyed on young girls.

The claims came as it was reported Malinka had phoned prime-suspect Robert Murat just 30 minutes after Madeleine, four, was snatched from her family’s holiday apartment in Praia da Luz in Portugal.

It is understood there were several phone calls between Malinka and Murat, 33, that night. But there is no suggestion that the calls had anything to do with her disappearance.

Yesterday Malinka insisted he was not involved in Madeleine’s kidnap and denied claims he was a paedophile.

He is very clever with computers and knows everything there is to know about them

But a former women colleague at an Algarve internet firm claimed Malinka boasted he had sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl.

When she told him he could be arrested she said he simply laughed it off. He also claimed he had seduced the 16-year-old daughter of a Portuguese girlfriend. Another ex-woman work colleague at a different firm told how she found downloaded 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 on his computer. She said: “It was top- shelf stuff, boys’ stuff, blue movies. I didn’t mention it to him.

“He is very clever with computers and knows everything there is to know about them.

“But he is also very cocky and not entirely reliable. He wants to earn big money but doesn’t want to put the work in.”

The search for Madeleine was given fresh hope last night after details emerged of a possible sighting in Lisbon 180 miles north of where she was snatched 15 days ago.

Police revealed last night that they were hunting a red van with fake number plates in a southern suburb after a witness reported seeing a child fitting Maddy’s description. She was taken from her family’s holiday apartment at 9.30pm while her parents, Kate and Gerry, were dining 40 yards away.

Police reportedly put oddball Murat under surveillance after he began to interfere with the police search operation.
It was reported that police have also kept watch on Moscow-born Malinka for at least the last five days.

Yesterday Malinka denied claims he had images of sexual violence on his computer. He said police had returned a laptop and two desktop computers seized from the flat he shares with his parents – half a mile from the McCann’s apartment.

The Russian was released early yesterday after a six-hour quiz. Malinka, who set up a business website for Murat’s property company, denied he had a criminal record.

He said: “The Portuguese press said they found some paedophile content on my computer. That is a lie. Nothing has been found. My equipment has been released and returned to me.“I’m trying to help in any way possible.”

Yesterday Murat’s mother Jennifer was being quizzed over his claim he spent the evening with her the night of the abduction.

Mrs Murat was a key figure in the initial search for Madeleine and played a major part in printing and distributing posters of the child."

We n0w know that his computers were checked and no 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 was found there.
I personally do not suspect him, I think he was investigated thoroughly by PJ, maybe more than anyone else in this case.

I have been reading the old Madeleine articles and I found the article about Antonio Toscano describing the man he suspected and how he visited the mans home. To be honest, this is like he actually visited CB's home, only his height doesn't match. The article is from June 2007

"He told how they met at a private house close to the French border in Germany"

I agree with Arnie

This is like eastenders

yes I think he was a man, I think he liked tea with two sugars and so did CB

just a lot of confusing fact stating and terrible speculation

nothing you are talking about would lead to a conviction

If I was some of the people being referred to I would be seeking compensation for slander and deformation of character
Yeh you can toddle along also, shut the door on the way out !

"“[Frenchman] kidnaps to order. People pay him up to £200,000 to obtain a child. It could be people in power, politicians – anyone who could afford to pay this sort of money.”"

He seems a little nuts overall, but if he tells the truth he had enough stuff to file a complaint against Frenchman in a police station. It's suspicious anyway he claimed lots of things and never disclosed anything under unsound excuses.

I think he was scared! Maybe even threatened.
Toscano did not ask for any money, nor for fame. He gave some strange information, like that house on the German border or the description of the man.

If he was that scared to death he would have kept shut. He could have passed all info under anonymity if he was not that much scared (instead of passing none under his name).

Hi. This is my first WS post. Figured it was time I posted rather than lingering and watching others do the hard work! I became a member after discovering the site when reading around the MacPhail case. I'm really interested in psychologies, motivations, childhood influences etc as struggle accepting how folk like this come to be in the world.

Anyway, hello for now. Thanks for all the insights, so great that they can actually serve to inform LE too.

I'm interested to see the links between what is coming to the fore with this case, how it may connect with the darker world of trafficking, and whether there is any eventual connection between the Epstein case and various takedowns going on across the world lately. It's about time all this rotten stuff came to the fore, sorry to state the bleeding obvious.

Yes idle chit chat by people who like the idea of being called sleuths but betray their ignorance with some of the things they come up with. You are right, the newspapers give better information and I never thought I would agree with it.

Missing you already.............

Do you mean defamation of character. Deformation is an emgineering / Mathematical term.
He should know better having trained as a Lawyer!

One can't hear it, but one can read about it in the Sexta9 report.
At 34:10, the text about her ex sister-in-law appears on the screen.
At that moment Sandra mentions BP having introduced NF to CB.
That makes me wonder whether BP's wife is perhaps a sister of Mathias? Maybe far fetched.
However, Sexta9 does mention in writing NF's ex sister-in-law living in Foral.

Who is the EX British Detective who lived in Foral and is helping LE with inquiries?
I wonder who his wife is?

  • #457
I'm afraid not at this time.

But we know her daughter might have been born on Nov. 1 (party's day). If she was already born in 2003 (Mathias brought her to Algarve), maybe she was born in 2002 or before. On Nov. 1, 2002 she was 25.

So there's definitely 5 - possibly 6 candles on the birthday cake in the pic on Sexta doc - The robbery was in 2007 - so the child born in 2001-2002? When NF was 24/25
Edited.

Think about this
NF, was in house in foral, rich hubby/partner, she didn't need money, was looking after troubled kids and being paid, so why would she advertise free babysitting?, to get close to young children, legitimately, to take photos?, to kidnap? To get money, but then she managed to steel off them anyway.
It's the free babysitting, that freaks me out here.
Now what's she going to do?, everyone knows what she looks like, will she hide?, will she talk?
Hate to even say this but she would not be the first childminder or creche worker to take photos or vids of kids for Pedos, sadly seen a few cases of this :(

This document is listed in the PJ files "Anonymous email sent to Gerry McCann".. Surely with an attached email address it didn't remain anonymous forever? Would it not have its unique IP details attached to it somewhere? Bizarre

I had no idea this ever happened, but as for IP address.... it isn't super hard / wasn't super hard even back then to hide your IP address.... google: "vpn" for a better explanation
