It's a breakers yard right?. There's 9 showing up in Portugal... Don't know how many there were in 2007...Hewlett said he only went to pdl when he first went to Portugal in 2002..and so he circulated between a few villages about 60 miles from pdl.. Be interesting to know if he knew bp

According to this article they had a romantic weekend in Lisbon.

According to the two ladies Nicole wanted to penetrate in their lives in order to prepare well for a future burglary.
The two women also said that CB and NF walked around holding hands or clutching to each other as two lovebirds.

Then sometime in Oct 2007 the 2 women are at their other house in Lisbon, and NF visits them, bringing CB with. Then early Nov 2007 the Praia de Gale house is burgled.

That's correct, Red. She said she had enough money from German government to take care of Lina and needed no more. 1.200€ she said. But other sources say it was 1.500€. Also, IAPRS is said to get up to 4.600€ per child and awarded families 2.000-3.000€. Families thought IAPRS retained 20%.

But then the document says that M may have an associate called F.
No description of F is provided.

That's correct. They were surprised by that cake as it was purposeless. NF said she made cakes in excess. The cake remained at kitchen and was untouched.

Women left about 4pm from party in NF's house because their girl fall down and injured a knee. NF tried to discourage them because it was too early (without insisting). Later in the day NF went to women's house at a time police was there. She said she wanted to know about girl's knee and told police girl and her daughter were friends in school, something women confirmed.

Possibly a fetish considering he dressed up too but it's also a way of hiding oneself.
There's a saying that your eyes are a window into your soul and it's true. Our eyes can show around a 3rd of all micro expressions on our faces and not being able to see someones eyes, we cannot infer what emotions they are displaying - also it's very intimidating not being able to see someones eyes, (as if rape wasn't intimidating enough!)
Also CB may have been hiding his own insecurities by wearing goggles, maybe body dysmorphia, due to his scars or his general feelings of inadequacy. It would possibly have made him feel more 'powerful' in a sense.
I realise his scars would have been exposed, but that's not how it works, you literally hide 'the self' behind goggles, sunglasses, whatever, which makes someone gain a level of security, if that makes sense.

Back up a moment pls. IRCC CB did not wear the goggles - his victim did, no?

Can we just go back to calling him CB? Don't see why it's necessary to keep using this nickname, it's only likely to cause confusion in the thread, doesn't help in any way.
