no problem, i am saying that MWT appears to have linked the phone number to a dark web account. imo from this he is assuming a pedophile, but doesn't know the identity of the person. people are unlikely to use their real name on the dark web of course. NF could easily have a dark web account (she might even use a male sounding user name on the dark web). she might not even be a pedophile - but uses the dark web for communication with CB (and whoever else). just speculation. but it would link NF having the phone number + NF being the dark web account holder.

I did think that a possibility too but Meissner is said to be 55-60 with grey hair, so unlikely to be CB

just to be clear. i am not saying that the call was necessarily made from portugal. i am merely saying the phone has a portuguese number... so it is v likely it was bought/first registered in portugal. which means if the person using the phone, actually bought the phone - then they were in portugal when they bought the phone. phew! )))

I was Googling the aliases
There is a German drama where the main character is called James Fraenkel and the writer is called Paul Meisnner
Old and probably redone in theatres.
I wonder what it means to CB if he has chosen these aliases.

I do find it strange that HCW omitted to provide an approximate location ping for the unidentified mobile, which suggests that the 7.32pm call may be the only one logged to the number during a lengthy period. I can see no other reason why its owner would be so difficult to trace.
