NF is said to have been introduced to CB by BP. It was Mathias who brought her to Algarve in 2003.

I know.. but still i think there is a big chance they could have met each other before. They are both from 1976 and they grew up in the same region of Wurzburg... so they could have been in the same class/school, in theory. And why we don't know nothing about the GF that went with CB to Portugal in 1995?

I did read that NF and CB grew up in the same town in Germany, also there is a few mentions of "long term German G/F" in press and articles. There may have always been a link like you say - maybe there was some kind of psychological "co-dependent" relationship between the two of them?
But I think you're on to something here.

Do you really think any police force investigates break ins any more. All they do is register your complaint, in some cases take prints and that’s it. On to the next lefty protest march that they have to police.

If and it’s a big if, any stolen goods are seized few years down the line they might match the prints to your robbery and may contact you if the goods might be yours.

Policing is different now. Break in happens regularly in cars and vans. Nothing is done about it.

And you are suggesting that the police look at every break in since 2005.........

Not much. He was a rich German guy who offered to father NF's daughter when she was pregnant and father died (Maybe Mathias was actual father IMO). Mathias brought NF to Algarve in 2003 and paid 1.300€ Foral's rents. From March to December 2007 he was in Germany. When he returned, NF had upwards of 50.000€ in furniture and cloths she couldn't justify and he dumped her. If the mobile number was NF's it's quite possible he had it recorded and informed Bavaria police.
