What an absolute load of ridiculousness! I mean, seriously!

The idea that CB being closer to the hub of the investigation will somehow give greater substance to the charge against him is so ludicrously comical! As if access and/or proximity to him will somehow be key to confirming his alleged involvement/guilt!

I really hope, for the sake of the supposed 'integrity' of this German investigation, that that's a whole load of made up 'Sun' bullcrap.

But if it's true, it would be not that bad. CB has been in JVA Wolfenbüttel. But now, he is known there for other things and maybe not even safe in the paedo-wing.

There are special penitentiaries for sex offenders according to children, where every inmate has a similar record. MN is in one of them. Should be an aim for him to get there after talking, because by now not any single normal prison can guarantee his safety.

I find that really worrying though because, to date, there's still absolutely no evidence to tie him to the crime he's alleged to have committed.

I get what your saying, but IMO HCW would not come out with such strong assertions unless they have some pretty compelling evidence to back it up. Unless it's via a leak, I suspect we're not going to be made privy to the evidence until charges are brought.

My arguable statement has been made because of the known and proven crime record of the suspect. Of course i'm aware of innocence without proven guilt and also the fact, no prosecuter would do what HCW did, without knowing that this step COULD solve the case.

Not more, not less. We do not talk about an angel, but a convicted peadophile and rapist. So please excuse my lack of empathy.

If you are into dancing with the devil, you should resist the heat, even if you are suspected without any reason maybe. If you know what i mean.

If he boasted around with knowledge without being involved, he could, should coorporate. Does he?

I do not see it, although i would like to.

Question:

Two pictures at the same area. One in the dark, one with an vehicle that hasn't been moved. The dark one includes the suspect, the bright one a (posssibly) missing child.

The prosecutor doesn't charge the suspect!

IMO there is no MM or other child to be recognizable.....sorry!

Dear Ted, i'm happy to comment on that! Advent season in germany, i had everything according to wine today, to wash down our wild boar.

And i regognized again, that i drink to much and my perception gets more and more limited. So IMO the tapas timeline is argueable, without any verdict....

Did you notice the scratch marks is the sand, CB's dog/s or a stray maybe? I was looking for CB's footprints to try and work out in which order the images were taken and noticed the scratches.

Yes I do see that now too, though not sure if it’s a trick of the light. I’m not going to look again, spent far too much time on dog v cushion that I will never get back!

It does sum up quite nicely what is both intriguing and frustrating about this case. Every time you look at something, whether photo or statement or whatever, you see something different.

I have just seen a man putting a toddler in a car with bare feet when it’s cold outside. He’s probably just a disorganised dad but it made me think of this case and how in hindsight the simplest of events can be remembered as dodgy even when there’s an innocent explanation.[/QUOTE]

So many ponds/small lakes too - such a vast area.

Interesting that following the dirt track/stream south from the BSJ Hippy Market will lead you almost directly into PDL. CB most likely would have known this back way, the stream would allow for plenty of reed growth as in the VW image. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a stream between the VW and the treeline in the image, could also be a pond/lake, but judging by the way the reeds/trees are growing I would say a stream.

I would go for a camera on a timer/tripod or something makeshift. The flash seems a bit too intense for it to be from a 2007 phone camera.
Would you agree that the night photo was taken first and the day photo is early morning? Or the day shot first and the night shot after.
