That's what we don't know. Yet he did it.

My guess is that the neighbours reported him to the Verein (like the association that runs the allotments) and he was told to stop.

That happens all the time with weekend houses etc in Germany. People do "schwarzbau" (illegal building) and the neighbours dob them in). This happens especially when the neighbours don't like you - e.g because you are a dodgy criminal living illegally fulltime at the allotment.

Thanks for that and very interesting drawing again. To me it looks, as if he is either making fun out of something or trying to send some kind of message. Also interesting interpretation of the Sun.

But some things hit my eye.

Does it really resemble a court room? Why does assumed HCW is wearing socks that carry the colours of the Ukraine?

Are these really judges in the back "sleeping", or two elderly women with grey hair and a younger blonde person that has the same colour of hair as assumed CB an the right?!

Why should assumed HCW pay for any new info of assumed clairvoyants? Things like that doesn't happen in germany.

What is CB trying to say???

The colour of HCW's socks could mean that CB knows that HCW is possibly a fan of the Braunschweig soccer team.

He's lampooning the previous press article regarding the German psychic who said he knows the coordinates of where MM is.
HCW is seen here paying the psychic for info, whilst the Judges are falling asleep waiting for the trial.

Right! But the question of his agenda is more interesting.

Is he complaining about his situation in general, is he making fun about the investigation like "Catch me if you can!" or is he trying to put pressure on the prosecutors to reveal further info what they have against him in a way of challenging HCW?

That's, what's of my interest! I don't know why, but in some way i have got Dennis Nilsen in mind, who felt the need to tell his story after being caught and liked to discuss the work of the prosecutors on tapes and in a book (?) whilst being in prison. Like if he wanted to put things right, in relation to his own point of view and his self reflection.

I'm interested in what's going on in CB's mind right now and why he does what he does!!!

Though he stated in his last "press statement" to be innocent in a legal way, he never said that he has nothing to do with the case and is innocent in a way most of us would define innocence.

A little while ago there was an Interview with a Bild Journo called Kai Feldhaus (spelling?) in an Irish newspaper, maybe Sunday Post. He mentioned making a documentary, this is probably it.
