Such a minor crime, and i couldn't tell how minor it is, won't be prosecuted that early in germany.

Obviously we seem to have a different way to handle complaints in germany and in some way i start to like it!

Come on guys, don't jump on the CBFF train! Don't you see that they would prefer to talk how bad CB is getting treated, to avoid any conversation about MM?

CB didn't even said her name!!! What a shame...

But why now? And why with this doc? It might have been the mentioning of the dogs

Haha no, a trial because of such a complaint could take place about 2-10 years after the moment the complaint is handed out to the accused in Greece! They appear to be swift in delivering it, that's all

MWT is back to life on Twitter. Seems to be saying his break from Social media was down to addressing mental health issues.

As he had said a month ago. Glad he is back and hope he managed his mental health issues.

Let's see now what his docu will offer

Yeah - there are a lot of potential reasons here, including dealing with German bureaucracy.

One obvious benefit of new plates is that if a traffic stop runs the car, they might not realise it's the same car they've busted before - but they will surely realise its the same guy.

The other thing is, one doesn't just get new plates on the drop of a hat. You have to find someone willing to do your scheme, and they have to have the paperwork to register the car - then they have to go into the Behörde

Indeed too much bureaucracy entailed.
I wonder how spontaneous such a change could be... considering what paperwork is required (proof of transfer of ownership, certificates, insurance paid, etc) I somehow doubt AB would be able to produce all this in a day... this must have been pre-planned.

Was it then just a coincidence that all these documents were ready and submitted to the relevant authorities the day after MM disappeared? Could be? Or it was pre-planned ...

Strange though

Jmo

After re-registration I take it?
I guess so, the 'A' stands for Augsburg. I think prior to this it was registered in Munich and would have started with 'M'.

  • #828
Yes - M is Munich.

So where is B as in BSM 1045?

Do we know the license number of the Jag before AB reregistered it?

'B' would be Berlin. I don't think the number before it was re-registered is known to us.

It is B SM or BS M?

B = Berlin

BS = Brunswick (Braunschweig)

ETA - I think it is Berlin on that plate

I believe the Munich plate was M GE 2034. It was shown briefly on one of the police papers in the Sexta as 9 episodes from when he was first pulled over for it in Jan 2004 (he wasn't actually convicted for the disobedience offence until 2 years later when he was in prison for the fuel theft).

so it’s possible that Jag had the BMS 1045 plates before 4 May 2007?

Regarding the CP material and autobiographical accounts found in the box factory raid, I'm wondering if the intention wasn't to bury them, but rather to destroy them.

In GA's book, he says that the Lidl carrier bag (in which the pen drives were found) was filled with "firewood".

And in JC's book, he says the following -

Detectives also stumbled across the burial site of one of Brueckner’s dogs ... and under it, in a Lidl carrier bag, an alarming hoard of child sex abuse images and videos. The stash had been found entirely by accident when a policeman kicked over the ashes of an apparent bonfire and spotted a bone from a dog.

So if you built a bonfire directly on top of a dog that burnt enough to expose bone, which in turn was on top of a bag filled with firewood, surely the expectation is that the contents of the bag were meant to burn too? Piecing together to the two accounts, it seems to me now that CB may have piled this incriminating evidence into some kind of pit and set fire to it with the intention of destroying it for good. Except it would appear the fire burned out before it reached the lower levels. That's assuming of course that GA's and JC's accounts about the firewood and bonfire are true. Would also be interested to know who exactly 'euthanized' CB's dog (as was recently reported) and when exactly this was.

If that is what happened, the question then is what prompted CB to take that action, at that particular time? It feels possibly like something done in a rush (and poorly) in response to an imminent threat he perceived from the authorities closing in.

Is the date of when this dog died known?

Just thinking, prob wrong, Inga went missing May 2015, the search of the box factory was sometime in 2016, if as you say could be he was trying to get rid of stuff in a hurry, could it be he thought he could be getting looked into her disappearance, or could he have been tipped off that he was on police radar?

Well he was definitely on the radar for Inga at the time, police in Braunschweig informed their Stendal counterparts he should be considered a person on interest in July of that year. Some reports state that the box factory raid was as a direct result of the Inga probe, while others say it was due to a complaint from neighbours about the smell coming from there. The real reason may be something else altogether but I find it hard to believe 100 officers would descend on there for a week-long search due to a 'smell'.

Inga was said to have gone missing after she went into the woods to collect firewood but no trace of her or anything else was found. What was she collecting this firewood in? Wouldn't it be turn up if it was a Lidl supermarket bag?

There was mention that the box factory search was related to CP. and according to the VOX documentary CB was following the whole search from afar in hiding. So he must have known. I am not sure of the exact timeline between his ex-gf accusing him of abuse and the search at his flat (where they found the evidence for the sexual abuse of her daughter+ the chat(s) with panikspatz) and its relation to the box factory search. Was that independent from one another or was there a sequence?

Was the firewood IN the lidl bag or on top of it? But if that were the carrier that Inga had I believe they would have put two and two together. Jmo

Eta just saw your post above that according to GA the lidl bad was filled with firewood

We might need to make a thread with the timeline of the convictions and whereabouts of CB as there is with the main people mentioned in this thread. Just a thought
