Great point! I listened to a podcast and they commented that some of Fulscher’s words made him sound like ‘a cliche bond villain’ - I agree. But ultimately he’s a lawyer being funded to defend a nasty criminal, he’s just doing his job, yet with some inappropriate word choices. JMOPlay games?! I can understand it as tactical behaviors on both sides but we are not in a schoolyard...I hate you, you hate me...
CB was accused of murdering a child! All world's eyes on him. If he is innocent couldn't he "easily" inform police or put a statement through his lawyer about his name being unfairly dragged through the mud when he was innocent and could prove it.
But no, according to his lawyer you could order "a holy drink in hell" before CB would cooperate with the prosecutors.
On HCW side, I even can't imagine what he and BKA probably felt when they saw all those photos and chats, texts, his "belongings", testimonies about his depraved world and his sexual crimes during the investigation. And how he may has been escaping and avoiding being caught. They are humans too. JMO
HCW will have locked up many paedophiles, rapists & child murderers but IMO it’s slightly different given the gravity of this case & the spotlight cast upon him. IMO there’s no punishment harsh enough for people like CB, but I think that ‘hatred’ or anger is not a factor in a clinical & systematic investigation.
I also have some issues with some of HCW’s statements, not about their content but about how & when he makes them. I do think HCA has been more professional than FF but IMO he should be because he’s fronting a huge operation whereas FF is speaking for a team of 4 or 5.
