Sorry im going back to the vw near beach pic (Algarve)..not debating whether you can see a girl or not just wondered if this could be a reflection of a castle or something,like ruins with sun shining through derelict windows maybe?,what are your thoughts?

Indeed. And I understand what you were querying in your earlier post, but I think the prosecutor's response was pretty clear cut: they don't have either a body or body parts. Personally, I don't think they have anything 'physical' of MM. They may well have video/pic evidence that she's dead (again, I'm speculating) but everything they've said points to not having any actual physical evidence.

That 30 000 paedophile article mentioned sedating children to assault them. Wonder if CB could get potential sedation drugs from the same supplier of drugs that he sold?

Don't know about Portugal or Germany, but drugs to sedate children are easy to come by as they're usually over the counter. Examples include: Benadryl (allergy medication), Gravol (anti-nausea medication).... These come in liquid format so you could even add to a drink...

Also administering the drugs would disturb a sleeping child a lot more than just lifting them from a deep sleep imo

Depends on the kid, and the dose. So I mean, at age 3, almost 4... a dose of Benadryl commensurate with the kid's weight or even a little over the recommended dose, would probably be more than sufficient to knock the kid out for 4-6 hours. But I don't know that she was drugged. If she was, then where did this happen in the timeline? At the kids club (or whatever they call her caregivers during the day so her parents could get some vacation time to themselves)? At the start of the kidnap doesn't seem realistic because she'd know this man wasn't her dad or a family friend, and she probably would have made some noise about it.

here's one more thing to cross off from the VW malaga photo. the 'two white cylinders' to the upper right. unfortunately they don't help with dates, as they have been there from at least 2000, until 2016.
using the satellite overhead of 2007, i aimed to work out the line of sight on the VW photo. might help as you are looking for the two cranes. as you can see, the overhead of the bay shows only a small amount of land [port area] in the line of sight. plus a small area of the new peninsular near the tall office/apartment block.
cranes are difficult to identify on overhead satellite shots. i feel the number of things that could date this photo are unfortunately running out.

But works in the area can help dating picture, D.

It looks unnatural because I believe the carrier is left handed - just like I believe CB is left handed.

A lot's been written about sightings of a man carrying a child the night MM disappeared.

If I was about to write a fictional police book about a kidnapping under those circumstances I'd never put a man carrying the child. I'd consider screaming and child agitation a great danger for perpetrator. So I'd put a car waiting right next to apartment to go away in a second.

You have only 2 choices: either they carried MM to a home nearby, and they could go by foot, or they carried her far away, and they needed a car.

My question is: the second choice is by far more probable. So why should they park the car far from apartment, especially when they could park it right next to apartment?

So, those sightings must be false leads, wrong persons, illusion, lies, and so on.

I keep wondering about the phone mast times too. How certain are we that they are correct times and not out by an hour (for example)?

Do the clocks change in Portugal or in phone mast analysis countries? I am only wondering; it is not that I think anything is wrong.
