Major break? Eyewitness News tracked Casey's location 6/17 to an area near OIA

Ditto, the 7:30 nap time was bizarre what young child takes that hour for a regular nap time, with LOL a working mom. Still have not pinned down Cindy's hours but she does run the office aka desk job.

7:30 am or 7:30 pm?

Either is possible seeing that Casey lived her life during the night hours and, most likely, slept her day away... and had her daughter following her same schedule.

Then who was watching Caylee while Casey went out partying? Oh yea, I forgot the imaginary babysitter ZG.

Add in, it now appears that each time something of substance comes out, there is another Caylee sighting via Cindy.

Excellent observation!

The first 2 weeks, I believed they were just placating her so she'd give them some straight answers.

After a while, I started seeing they were really doing NOTHING solid to find Caylee.... not contacting any of the well known missing child organizations, antagonizing the media, sayig REALLY absurd things in defense of Casey....

I can appreciate they don't want to lose Casey too BUT their own strange behavior & comments are doing more to hurt Casey than anything else.

Weird way to support Caylee OR Casey.

If I were Lee, I'd probably be thinking about leaving Florida as soon as Casey's trial is over.

I can't help but think they are perhaps too busy falling apart to think about how they should be "acting" regardless of who it benifits.

It is odd that the whole entire focus has been on all the reasons that Casey needed to be let out of jail so that she can help find Caylee, then the danger signals, then the pants and gas cans, and now they know who has Caylee. Step by step, all in the defense of Casey and to set up doubt. It's so obvious that every effort is being made to try and get Casey off scott free of any charges.

There is a new thread under Caylee, I do think its a fresh new #93 for general conversations regarding this case.

Nawwwwww Cindy and George said she was working, so who watched a rested Caylee when Cindy and George had to turn in for the night?

LOOPHOLE COULD ALLOW CASEY TO BEAT SYSTEM

A loophole could allow Caylee Anthony's mother to beat the system. She's still only facing charges of child neglect and giving false statements.

If her attorney asks for a speedy trial, they could be the only charges she ever faces. Florida law prohibits a person from being tried on more serious charges at a later date if the person stands trial for something that's related.

"If you lose a kid and that results in a child's death, that's one and the same case, because those are manslaughter charges," said board-certified trial attorney Richard Hornsby.

If Casey was found guilty of child neglect, she would only serve up to five years in prison versus a maximum of life for murder. Still, detectives have never said that Caylee Anthony is dead or that Casey is under investigation for murder or manslaughter.

This right here is what is scarey...the thought of her getting off so easily if they find Caylee dead.

Does anyone know if this search is still going on?

Thanks,

At this point, unless there is significant information, she would probably be wise to not waive her right to a speedy trial and and get it going.

Which is probably why LE has repeatedly said the forensic results are not in yet.... they sure don't want to have to disclose that info until they have to OR it's in their best interests.

It seems like if the results were significant, her charges would have been upgraded by now. So my guess is that they are not in yet.
She has the right to have her trial in a speedy fashion. The results of those tests could determine whether she needs to waive that right and take the time to build a defense or move ahead quickly so the prosecution doesn't have time to build THEIR case.
Charges can probably be changed or upgraded so it is clearly a gamble to waive your right IMO.

But LE has no need to RUSH upgrading her charges... once they do the clock starts ticking & the ball is out of their court.

Fox News just reported, no link yet-- more info coming.

  • #235
But she NEVER went to work so how is this news?!! LOL

  • #236
Exactly. That's what was confusing to ME!

  • #237
Do you mean Cindy?

  • #238
Taht would make more sense and be more suspicious if Cindy did not go to work that day....

  • #239
Yeah, some clarification here would be helpful...

Well, I'm waiting for an update. I merely typed what was said.
