Both parents faces were just racked with devastation and exhaustion. Can't believe it's a week now. Hoping and praying today is the day. Feeling concerned that if she was abducted, the abductor would of got out of that area as quickly as possible so all their efforts might be for nothing if she's been taken to a nearby city. Hope they're doing more investigation behind the scenes to cover that. Still praying for a miracle.

I truly think she came downstairs to use the toilet or find her mother. I think as she came down the stairs she saw the reflection in the window (thinking it was maybe her mother) or something outside and went out. Where she went to is a mystery . I pray she is found well soon
Exactly my thoughts.

I am in and out all day long for updates, THANK YOU everyone who is providing them. I never had the feeling of parents involvment and after seeing mum.I am convinced of that. Would a child like Nora seek out holes? Would that be comforting, a small space in a huge unknown world,

That made me cry. It sounds like they are doing so much to help find Nora. Well done all the Malay people.

I don’t have a good idea about her abilities at all. Seems like we first heard she was non- verbal, now we hear she speaks two languages. We hear she has trouble walking, but she’s learning to ride a bike at school. She can’t do conceptual thinking, but she loves to tell silly jokes and was excited about going on vacation. She doesn’t leave her mom’s side, but she goes to school, which presumes she’s around other people. All a little confusing. It seems like she could’ve gone off on her own, but I can’t imagine how she would’ve gone into the forest.

I also can’t imagine a sibling watching her go out a window without yelling to the parents.

I don't think its a black and white condition. She might be able to say some things in French but not have a conversation back and forth. Some sentences she might repeat a lot. Or some people can't walk very well but they can run. It might be a special adapated bike she is learning to ride or it might be a normal bike. She might have some small knock knock jokes that are repetitive.

Negri Sembilan Orang Asli community willing to offer assistance in search for missing Irish teen

NILAI, Aug 10 — The local Orang Asli community is willing to help find missing Franco-Irish teenager Nora Anne Quoirin, 15, using traditional methods based on their beliefs.

Tok Batin (headman) of Kampung Kolam Air Pantai, Ali Ngogor, however, said whether the effort would be successful or not was out of his control.

“We have not done the ceremony (for the search) yet but we will try according to our customs. But whether our efforts will be successful or not is in the hands of God we can only try.

“As to the methods, I cannot go into details, they are secret they (our people) will help out in the search together with the authorities,” he told reporters here today.

If it’s abduction i think a staff member saw the guest list and saw ‘15 year old girl’ and information was passed (sold?) on

Also, why is there a big hole in the fence?!wondering for what purpose

I wonder how far in advance the family booked? And if the ages of the children were in the booking?

We have had many requests for flyers in Kuala Lumpur, these have now been printed and are ready for immediate collection far earlier than we had hoped. Can anybody in KL help us to coordinate collection and distribution please?
