I'm not criticising Malaysians.
Answering ur qn respectfully, Therion20: No, she
is not the first girl anyone has ever seen. I'm referring specifically to ONLY perverts.

Just as those who abducted specific people are not seeing a woman for the first time. Hope this answers Therion20's qn about whether they are seeing a woman for first time. By the way, I'm referring to only Perverts (from any country).

Please Don't obfuscate my post. Thank you!

In my earlier post,
I brought up several different points to help:

1. Ephebophilia,
2. wandered downstairs, opened window and the abductor took her there
3. Others,
4. Chroloform or drugs,
- suggestion: forensics on the whole place & Search every house nearby
5. Suggestion: Vehicle might have taken her away.

I'm posting because I'm v concerned for NQ. That's why I'm here.
I don't really have many ideas concerning what exactly happened but I do think the idea of her leaving in a vehicle is a good one.
They located her scent within 4000 feet of the resort and then could not locate it again. I think they said it stopped at the edge of the jungle but we don't know the area. Maybe there was a path leading to some sort of road near that spot.
If they were able to pick up her scent there, and no where else nearby in the jungle it seems strange to me, especially if she had no shoes on.

The best conditions for picking up scents are cool, moist areas with no wind and shady areas with lush vegetation. It's not exactly cool, but apparently it stays around 80 degrees in that area so it's not the same as a hot and dry climate.

Of course it could be that the dogs just were never able to pick up her scent again but it just seems like if that was the only place they detected it that she never went too far into the jungle. Imo

I wonder if that’s meant to read as they heard rustling at the pool in which they were staying above (the Dutch tourists rather than the quoirins) ? Would make more sense to me?

Privacy settings - apologies, this link DOES go to the Dutch article, I don't know why it is entitled "privacy settings".

Not sure. I didn't see the name of the house they were staying in; I suspect that info. is upthread.

I'll see if I can find it.

Oh I didn't mean today, I meant they're probably currently not having any guests and don't undertake any activities until this nightmare is over. jmo
Maybe. I guess it depends on whether or not they can afford to close down and how many guests have reservations there. I haven't read anything about that, though.

It was stated that the tracker dog tracked Nora’s scent to within 100 metres of her chalet, which is only 328 feet. If that is accurate I don’t see Nóra getting into the jungle....seems more likely they lost her scent in the resort. Imo if she went into the jungle barefoot she would have been found by now as tracker dogs been there and found no scent. I agree with her parents that she was taken.....not from the mezzanine floor & down the spiral staircase, either from ground floor or outside her chalet.

Well that makes even more sense, if she never actually made it into the jungle. I don't know which article claimed it was 4000 feet, but I thought it was strange not to use yards or metres.
Maybe it was just a typo.
Thanks!

There are a few articles stating 4000 feet too, but that doesn’t ring true with the dogs quickly loosing her scent so quickly ( they only picked up her scent on the 1st day ...if 4000 feet were true that would mean Nóra alive in the jungle & I think they would have found her if that were the case. All these conflicting articles making it really difficult :(

An elite team of Garda hostage and kidnap specialists are now on standby to join the search if evidence emerges that Nora was abducted.

The team is attached to the National Negotiation Unit, set up last year as part of the Special Tactical Operations Command.

Much of its work is carried out in secret. Its detectives are highly trained in hostage and kidnap situations, violent stand-offs and negotiations with criminals and terrorists.

They have been deployed overseas in the past to secure the release of Irish citizens in abduction or extortion cases and work closely with the Department of Foreign Affairs.

Fully agree with this!

Hotel staff etc are the people too look to next, who takes bookings? Was it specified nora needed extra care etc ...

The biggest question in my eyes that has not been brought up would be what are her sleeping arrangements at HOME? Are there any special precautions u take? Does she sleep on lower floor?
it seems like mom and dad travel for work and leisure
Does she usually have a nanny (after school)?
Do the siblings get on or does nora acquire more attention leading to jealousy?? ......all only IMO
I agree about looking at hotel/ resort staff. Also, could someone have scoped them out at the airport then followed?

Seems strange to me there could have been a random lurker at the house they were staying in, who just also happened to be a kidnapper / pervert.
I say all of this while thinking she may have been abducted.
But I am on the fence, that versus her somehow wondering away. Yet I do have to give credence to her family’s accounts and descriptions of her condition. I mean they do know her better than anyone.

@Lyndaloo , to respond to your question, the family apparently was staying at the Sora House, per the below-linked Twitter post.

It looks like the family stayed at Sora House. That's going by the white-board in this link Hairol Batista on Twitter

If so, the Sora House is above a pool; see the images in the link below.

Does it seem off to anyone besides me that a fifteen year old went to bed in her undies in the same room with her younger brother? I mean, all the girls I’ve ever known in that age range wore pjs of some kind - whether a frilly night gown, or a soft night shirt... Even given her disabilities, little girls love cute, comfy jammies.

Yeah I know Nora’s family were staying at Sora house, but I think it’s berumbun house & perling house that are above/beside the 2 pools & not sora. I was wondering if the Dutch tourists were staying at berumbun house or perling as it was mentioned they heard rustling noise coming from below the house with the pool.

After eight days of intensive search, media personnel were invited to join the search and rescue operation for missing Franco-Irish teenager Nora Anne Quoirin.

Nilai police chief Mohd Nor Marzukee Besar extended the invitation to members of the press via a WhatsApp message.

“Media who want to cover Op SAR can wait at the foothill of Gunung Berembun,” he said in his brief message.

Prior to this, members of the media were only allowed to wait at a tent provided near the entrance of the resort where Quoirin went missing and also at the Pantai police station in Seremban.

A press conference is scheduled to be called on the SAR at 5pm at the Pantai police station.

Her case has drawn world attention and there is a large presence of foreign media due to the mystery of her missing.

Actually, no, this does not seem unusual to me.

Nora may have been too jet-lagged to care. Even though supposedly she was playing outside, she may have been overcome with fatigue and crashed in the closest bed she could find.

JMVHO.

Good question! We have to look at Sora House per the Dutch tourists' perspective.

I know we can't sleuth them, as they are not POI's right now, but maybe it's okay to find out where they were staying at the resort.

I asked earlier if the translation was bad because that was my thought as well.

I think you can take that Nóra went to bed in her underwear with a pinch of salt due to things getting mixed up in translation, it has been reported she went to bed in her underwear & has also been reported she went to bed in her night clothes. Could have been pants & vest, could have been shorts & vest top, nightdress has also been reported. It would be very warm in the chalet with no aircon. Even if she had went to bed in her underwear I don’t think it’s that strange......her brother would no doubt have seen her in a bikini before.
