I also think if it wasn't for Brendan Dassey's coerced confession, if SA would ever of been found guilty of killing Teresa Halbach? They seemed very much to rely on that confession by BD, IMO.
Wonder why they took BD into custody to question him? What made them think BD had anything to do with TH?
Oh heck no!
Are you kidding me?!😁
They NEEDED Brendan, that's all there is to it my friend.

Hi Missy :seeya:!

I finally watched it 8 months later. Dexter always says she doesn't think he did it because he has admitted to everything he has done~~good or bad. I think that what was tipped me over the fence as well as a few other things as well. But, my experience with people up in those neck of the woods has been just that~~no matter what bad thing they've done, they usually admit it. It's really hard to explain. You can have hardened criminals, but they will still hold the door for the elderly. There is a kind of respect, kind of a longstanding code, if you will. Not sure I'm explaining it fully so everyone understands.

In other news, the Green Bay Packers won tonight. Yeah!
They sure did❤🤘
I was SO sad to see my Lion's lose to them last week, ( YES, I've heard it ALL for being a dedicated Lion's fan for 30 years!!! What can I say? I'm LOYAL😉 )
however, I'm a HUGE PACKERS FAN & Aaron Rodgers is THE most AMAZING quarterback ( easy on the eyes too❤
*insert tiger growl here* ) I've seen since, ever🤘, IMO.
BCA,
I hear you.
My mother in law worked at our local jail for many years.
She supervised trustees over the years and sees many on the street to this day.
I know exactly what you are saying😊

If this bit of sleuthing is accurate, it would appear the burned pelvic bones that were found came from a piece of property owned by Manitowoc County.

The 'quarry burn pit' is actually on land administered by the County Highway Department.

https://www.reddit.com/r/TickTockMa...y_burn_pile_location_is_actually_county_burn/

BCA??? maybe you can look into this, I remember that you had looked into the properties in that area. The GPS coordinates for the pelvic bone can be found here: http://www.stevenaverycase.org/wp-c...Exhibit-402-Diagram-of-Avery-Salvage-Yard.pdf

Sure I don't think I have time this morning, but yes I will look again. IIRC, that property was owed by someone else and was purchased by Manitowoc County. I can't recall, but it could have been JR when he went bankrupt, but I'm not sure now.

hmmm it should be where the wind turbine thingies are. I remember looking months ago, they looked like cigarettes LOL

ETA: when I put in coordinates, this is what I get.

Pelvic bone location.jpg

I do remember you looking into the ownership of the land BCA. I would do a search but I don't even know where to start now in here LOL

Trying to match the image from reddit to this Google Earth image. It appears the image in the post is an extreme closeup of the area just south of ASY and the deer camp (Jambo Creek Rd in on the right edge of the reddit image, and the property line appears to be just north of what appears to be a complex of buildings as seen in the Google images at 6:00 from the deer camp, and 7:00 from Avery Salvage.

Are you putting them into Google Maps?? Yes, you are correct~~but~~IIRC, it didn't match back then and we reasoned it away as one of those coincidences. I'll go back to the GIS Map for Manitowoc and call it up again just like proudfootz did. You know who was able to get more info than me from the GIS Map was Zool, where the heck is he now?

Yeah, I was able to get current information when I looked earlier today, but I gave up trying to find any historical data. I'm not convinced they owned the property back in 2005. I don't believe anything now without seeing it for myself LOL

Ok~~Here you go...

Manitowoc currently owns the land, although I don't believe they did in 2005. If you look at the top right hand corner, you will see the GIS coordinates. (I couldn't get the exact spot while using the snipping tool) but if you click the link put in the parcel number, you will be able to scroll to the exact spot.

With that said...it is just south of where the green line is, just below the "Town of Gibson". The map is from 2005, not 2016.

IIRC, they used to have historical data on that site, but changed it mid-year last year. So much for transparency.

http://webmap2.manitowoc-county.com/AdvancedAccess/

I don't know why Google Earth came up with coordinates so far away~~so much for accuracy.

So I did find this interesting...

In the map that proudfootz (sp) posted...the area is exactly where the blue dot is....now take a look at where some of the bullets were found...

Funny...almost exactly at that location in the Quarry...evidence items #8302, 8303, 8306, 8429

So after a long night of looking thru thousands of records, Missy, Dexter and I were able to determine that Manitowoc County did NOT own the quarry land in 2005. It was purchased by JR in '87, a land contract between the Avery's and JR in 1988, a few mortgages in 2009 and 2010. Manitowoc County and JR's bank got possession of it after JR's bankruptcy in 2013.

I'm not going to post the records, but anyone who would like to search for them can find them here. Well, that is if MC didn't block the access. I'm hoping there server is just down this morning, because I can't even access the link this morning and I was able to until about 1:30 am this morning. You have to search by name, pick your choice of names (MC, JR, etc.)

You are too kind BCA lol I just patted you on the back haha

I wasn't convinced that Manitowoc County owned the property back in 2005, happy that you were able to confirm it :) I hate unanswered questions!

Now the shot gun shells and other evidence collected around that area can be found on page 172 of the CASO report.

other notable evidence collected:

Property Tag#8429 - Map page with MapQuest on it of the immediate area at N44
degrees 15.020 and W87 degrees 47.215, collected at 0913 hours
Property Tag#8426 - Arrow with an expandable tip broad head at N44 degrees
15.218 and W87 degrees 47.476, collected at 1006 hours
Property Tag #83 10 - Paper towel with blood on it at N44 degrees 15.254 and W87
degrees 41.494, collected at 1525 hours
Property Tag #8311 - Pair of blue jeans with a hair fiber at N44 degrees 15.244 and
W87 degrees 41.606, collected at 1620 hours
Properly Tag #83 72 - One pair of black pants with hair fiber at N44 degrees 15.244
and W87 degrees 4I.606, collected at 1605 hours

and then to end the report...

At approximately 1630 hours, Sgt. BILL TYSON, Deputy NICHOLAS J. SABLICH and I
recovered two burn barrels from the AVERY property. One of those was marked burn barrel #4.

RH printed off maps. Finding a Mapquest map of the immediate area, is odd.
Arrow tip???
Jeans? Black pants? Bloody papertowel? If this is the same area that the pelvic bone was found, I want more information.

And those dang burn barrels... they were there, they were gone, they were taken back, they were picked up again... it's a mess.

Oh and did I mention, this evidence was also found, and the burn barrels picked up late in the day on.... NOVEMBER 8TH. Seems to be a lucky day for investigators that day. JMO

November 8th, right. Must be another coincidence.
Running those burn barrels back & forth..hmm
Anyone have a logical explanation for why this would be done?
Anyone?
