Man bitten by his pet... Rhinoceros VIPER.

A central Ohio man was bitten by his pet rhinoceros viper.
He had to wait 4 hours for antinvenin. Ouch.

[My own brother is a snake guy(This story is
not about him. pheww.) and went through a spell where
he wanted a REALLY,really venomous snake. I guess the
copperhead he caught didn't count. THANKFULLY, he
doesn't talk about that anymore! :crazy:

Although most people would never see the rhino viper in the wild there are many who breed this extremely dangerous animal domestically. Seeing as how this is one of the most dangerous snakes in the world because of its quick strike and fatal hemotoxic venom, I seriously wonder why anyone would want to have this snake as a pet.
