Man Dies After Falling on Knife While Cooking

Unluckiest guy ever.

Guy was grilling, burned hand, fell on knife he was holding in his other hand, in front of his 8 and 10 year old kids.

Downing was able to call 911 and explained what had happened.....

Boseman said that the knife went into Downing's chest.....

An autopsy will be performed to confirm the exact cause of his death.

Excuse me, but if the guy explained what happened and had a knife sticking out of his chest, I'm thinking the expense of an autopsy is a bit over the top.
