Man enters Va. bank, claims to have bomb

Police say they are keeping a close eye on a man who walked into a Harrisonburg bank claiming to have an explosive device strapped around his waist.

The man, wearing blue jeans and a white T-shirt and with duct tape strapped around his mid-section, exited the bank with his hands up. It's not clear what kind of device or package he has strapped to his back. Police have secured the area and are waiting for bomb technicians to get to the scene and try to ascertain the package's contents.
