Man Sues McDonald's After Allergic Reaction to Cheeseburger

The judge should charge him at least a couple of grand for filing such a bogus lawsuit...and sanction the lawyers. It is ridiculous!

Before the woman EVER sued MickyD's...I burned my inner thighs on a cup of coffee! I had my kids in the car..knew it was hot and was trying to put ice in it while stopped...I told my then hubby not to move..and instead he had opened the car door and shut it! It cause it to "slosh" from side to side covering the inner sides of my legs. He then grabbed ice and crammed it on my jeans which gave me severe steam burns on top of the burns I had already incurred. OUCH! Did I sue? No way! It was my own stupidity for ordering coffee that hot and my own stupidity for being married to that man! Hmmmm...darn that did hurt tho (the coffee not the divorce!)
