Man undergoes plastic surgery to look like J-Lo

A television plastic surgery make-over show has tried to turn a man into a Jennifer Lopez lookalike.

Michael J Tito underwent gruelling hormone treatment, breast enlargements, bottom implants, jaw and brow sculpting and cheek implants to look like J-Lo.

An online vote on MTV's I Want A Famous Face declared the transformation a "match".

Tito, who is changing his name to Jessica, said he was pleased with the result but admitted after the programme that no-one had actually mistaken him for Lopez.

"No, but my people tell me all the time I am very J-Lo-ish," he said.

I saw this show. He lost me when he used duct tape to tape down his penis before going out for the night. He looked nothing like J-Lo afterwards. In fact, I really think he was "prettier" before all the surgery. Crazy!

As much as I enjoy SOME reality shows, I think these extreme makeovers with plastic surgeries and such are way over the edge.
