Dotson had been out of prison for less than a week when he was caught. Police said his erotic pursuit of mannequins over the past 13 years has led to at least six convictions for breaking and entering and a stint in state prison.

I wonder if the store owner wanted the mannequin back. I think I'd let the guy keep it.
