I hear more echo tonight than other nights.

Me too- I have clicked off and on a couple of times and it's still there...

Same here...just started a few minutes ago and seems to be getting worse.

The best Defense is for ICA to admit on the stand she did it, she tells so many lies the Jury will not believe her.

He has - past tense.
Unfortunately he is well past his 'sell by' date I'm afraid.

Great way to put that ZsaZsa. I agree with you 100%. I think he has had a great career but he is well past his prime at this point. He and CM both need to begin their well-earned retirements.

Question for anyone on the panel : Do we know if Dr. G has responded publically to Dr. Spitz's attack of her autopsy as "shoddy"?

In the normal course of business, definitely NOT within public venue. At the dinner table, oh YEAH! :twocents: But that's just my take on what I as a normal  human being would DO

He did not present the report to the DT because it would have been discoverable and they would have had to show the SA their hand.

Dr. S was advised not to formally present a written report. He and the DT discussed stategy and possible scenarios that would help them, but once you put it in writing, it is fair game for the other side and they get to see your gameplan.

Remains were at funeral home for weeks before memorial.

Echo...is one of the open mikes also listening?

That's what it sounds like to me.

  • #93
This is awesome. My first time listening! I love hearing everyone's opinions.

Re: Dr Spitz...I think he was not properly prepared by the DT; in fact, it seems he received no guidance whatsoever concerning his testimony.

Yay, echo is gone!

IIRC, CASEY gave up her responsibility as next of kin. It was announced by JB. AND of course, he/she who has authority over the remains.....also has the fiscal responsibility.

IIRC just like the drama over the crime scene, when CSI wanted to hand over to DT they were not ready / interested ... The same for the autopsy so a funeral home was used.

Great show! Thank you all so much for talking about Hailey Dunn as well as Caylee.

  • #98
Yes, IIRC it was a delay tactic by the DT.

So was JB lying to the court again?
He insisted in a hearing that Dr S had never written ANY report.
When instructed by the court to get him to produce one, he said Dr S was too ill at present, and some weeks went by before it materialized IIRC.
