Thanks Tricia! Great show. So nice to put a voice to the typed words I read here.

So was JB lying to the court again?
He insisted in a hearing that Dr S had never written ANY report.
When instructed by the court to get him to produce one, he said Dr S was too ill at present, and some weeks went by before it materialized IIRC.

You know....I forgot about that. I need to go back and look at the dates. We need to check the date he signed the report and the day Baez said that to HHJP!

Good catch!

I do think his SA depo was pretty recent...maybe 6 weeks before trial?

It was a good show. I can figure out how to type anything in? The site kind of throws me. I need to do some practicing there :)

My screen told me there was 30 minutes left on the show? But it was only an hour. I was confused when we ended.

The board seems to slow down when I'm listening...not sure if one thing has anything to do with the other. No problem now.

IIRC, CASEY gave up her responsibility as next of kin. It was announced by JB. AND of course, he/she who has authority over the remains.....also has the fiscal responsibility.

I don't understand why Dr. Spitz felt Dr. G's work was shoddy when he never asked her what her reasoning was for not cutting open the skull. If the doctor disagreed why would he not just say that this has been the normal procedure for years and I'm not sure why the ME did not do it in this case but when I had the material inside the brain tested it came back as tissue. Dr. Spitz can't say the latter part because he did not have it tested but wouldn't that have been the professional thing to do.

Dr. Spitz just threw his credibility against a wall by stooping to "name calling" instead of just answering in a professional manner. He sure was agitated against the State. Makes you wonder what little story he was told from the defense. CM seemed to be enjoying the whole process, especially when Dr. Spitz was talking about the scene being staged. Sounds like some more of the overactive imagination and some tight boots. jmo

Mine does it too. In my case I know my ram is not strong enough it is the radio show slowing my computer down. I have a new computer with much more ram but I haven't taken the time to transfer all of my data over to it.

If you recall the Memorial Service was in February. I believe the 13th. It was the day Haleigh Cummings was reported missing it scrolled across my screen while I was watching the Memorial.

The autopsy was completed on December 23/24.

I don't think we ever knew when the cremation occurred. Someone else might remember I thought there was a delay by Baez in releasing the remains to the Anthony family. Can anyone remember?

Tricia might have reserved a few extra minutes just in case. :)
