I've gotten bitten by the Caylee Anthony case so I'm sorry if I'm not around as much as I normally am...

Does anyone know which mod frequents the MJD board the most so I can email him/her about the entertainment co. info I found? Or can I just PM it to everyone who wants it?

LOL

Well lets just say it involved my sisters wedding reception and large sums of alcohol.....and a bridesmaids dress LOL :eek::eek:

This is why Im not a drinker normally....Last time I did I fell in my own living room in Heels and broke my hand !!!! that was 2 yrs ago thanksgiving LOL....Im NOT a regular drinker or things like this happen LOL
oh you missed my dress in the panties story....but alas at least I was wearing panties, at my first wedding, my ex sister in law was dancing away on the dance floor (in a dress) and then she jumped up on her husbands hips wrapping her legs around his waist, well when she jumped DOWN her dress was hiked up around HER WAIST, and she was wearing flesh colored pantyhose with NO PANTIES, and was still boogy-ing on down totally unware........
with her goods shinying in the disco ball for all to see until someone helped out......

Gosh why do I HAVE so many PANTY STORIES......................

Okay, I don't think the entertainment company has anything to to with OUR KTL. I found another K. Lipsey that's a singer/songwriter/producer that was quite possibly the Kelly Lipsey that I found as part owner of the entertainment company.

I just talked to Joel, the guy who worked at the car lot where MJD was seen arguing with LDJ and Alonzo the day she went out the car window.

He was very nice and said he had seen the guy and the car around town. He knew the guy as Dollar Bill. He didn't know either of the girls. He said from what he remembers the car followed her. Dollar Bill and LDJ argued with MJD and made her get in the car. A caddy. He was thinking it was a white caddy but couldn't remember the color. He said that detectives came by twice to talk to him trying to solve the case.

He said he had a teenage daughter at the time and was effected by the case alot. My phone call brought up memories and he told me that he moved to a different area to sell cars because he had seen so much bad going on in that area. He asked me to let him know when we find out who she is and to call if we had any more questions. He said that the police report would have more information than he could remember 9 years later.

If I remember anything else he said I will add it.
He did say that it was common for the pimps to bring the girls in from out of state.

He didn't say. I think the only things that I learned was that it WAS Alonzo/Dollar Bill that she was arguing with. You all may have already known that, but I didn't.
Joel, the car guy, said it had been along time and that he felt like the information on his police report would be more accurate than his memory.

I contacted Shaine today to ask about the bungee cord and this is our conversation:

Hi again Shaine,

We had a quick question for you regarding Jane Doe. Hopefully, you don't mind.

We got the accident scene photos from the police and they show a frayed red and white bungee cord (missing the hooks) near the location her body was found.

Do you recall seeing such a bungee cord when you stopped to help? Did it appear that she was tied up in it or did it appear that maybe she landed on it when she came out of their vehicle?

Thanks again for your help,
XXXXX

I have no recollection of it at all. it's probably highway debris.

BTW, a producer from ABC has contacted me about the incident. I'm not sure exactly what they have in mind yet.

Did you follow-up on my ID from the possibilities you sent me?

Shaine

ETA: I asked him to keep us in the loop with the ABC thing and let us know how it all pans out and thanked him 1000 times over for all of his help!

Thank you Arizona GiGi for the information. Making her get into the car as we obviously knew contradicts MJD wanting to go to Miami with them. This also contradicts the following:

1. LDJ stated her boyfirend, Alonzo, had MJD in the car when Alonzo picked her up in the area of 24th street (pg. 6, last para.)
2. LDJ and Alonzo were going to Miami and as I stated above, MJD decided to go with them. I think he was forcing her to go. I think he was expected to round up some pretty prostitutes for someone and that they chose MJD.

Could you ask Joel if he saw them arguing with MJD while she was on the outside and they were on the inside of the car. In the police report, Joel was able to describe LDJ (he said "kinda chunky") but my interpretation of what you wrote is that they were following her in the car and made her get in and that they were in the car the whole time. Might not be significant.

My LE contact has had email trouble, plus being out of town.

They've talked to Robin Angers again. This time she says MJD's name is Dawn or Donna and she's from Kansas, maybe Wichita area. She also gave them the name of MJD's pimp (not KTL). They talked to him too. He remembered her:), but not her name:mad:.

Alonzo/William is back in the Grey Bar Hotel, soon to be in Maricopa Co. again. :behindbar ...

I swear this whole thing is like a conspiracy theory coverup. How do you go from thinking her street name is Cory or Carla to Dawn or Donna. Also, she stated that the pimp was the guy from back east who brought the 13 year-old girl with him. LE confirmed that KTL was the guy.

Sheesh! Frustrating.

OMG if her first name is really Dawn or Donna, then that ring really could have been hers and those initials could also be hers! :) I just hope this stuff is true...

I wonder if she had an accent that would have been telltale that she was from Kansas...

People from Kansas do not have an accent as a matter of fact most people in the Midwest don't have one :)

Respectfully, Teresa, I beg to differ. :)

I'm from the Midwest, specifically Chicago, and we most certainly have an accent. People from Wisconsin have a distinct dialect. People from Minnesota have their own dialect. I just came back from a trip to Iowa and they have a slight country drawl to their speech patterns. I've been to Kansas and can say there are differences in the AMOUNT of accent in their dialects, but there is most certainly an accent there....

Here's a very interesting article on dialect: http://www.pbs.org/speak/seatosea/americanvarieties/midwest/

ETA: On the Chicago accent, even different sides of the city have their own accents! The majority of north siders pronounce "Chicago" as "Chi-CAW-go" while most south siders pronounce "Chicago" as "Chi-CA-go"... Go figure.

Thank you ArizonaGiGi, fmw and Believe09!!!! You all ROCK!!! The info from the car salesman makes me believe more than ever that Alonzo and Lindsey DID know her name. AND that they had more to do with her death than failing to render aid. :furious:

Now I have a concern about why we can't find her on the missing persons sites. I was working on another UID case months ago where the girl had been a runaway beginning at age 14. The last time she ran away it was from a group home (in Chicago) that did report her missing - on the missing children site. But, during the year after she was murdered, she "turned" 18 and they dropped her from the site. It took a year to identify this girl - even with excellent clues and information - because she was not showing up anywhere as a missing person. So........the e-mails that Believe has sent out may be our best hope!!! :blowkiss:

ITA dee! Every region of the US has some degree of unique dialect -ranging from very subtle to not so subtle.
