MADJ, when you started this thread, I almost posted something then decided No, better not even start, LF. I really worried the thread would drag us all off focus. I am so grateful to see that I was dead wrong.

I did look at this side of the case, but just couldn't get anywhere at all. In fact, it would be at the bottom of the list of my possible theories and there are many. Each time I come up with a new theory, I always go back to one spoiler and that is the behavior and actions of one, Ronald Cummings. I have tried to exclude him, but I just can't.

Wow, that video made me cry. You can feel the hurt in Marie's voice. I have never thought the Sheffield side of the family had taken HaLeigh, to me, it doesn't make sense. Why would they sneak to green lane to take HaLeigh and not JR, when they could have done the same thing Ron did to Crystal, she could have taken then for the visitation and not returned them. The back child support to me, just didn't seem enough to kid nap the children, and it is not like in the state of Florida that they are going to send you to jail for 12K, the day of your court date. (they usually give you time to find a job, report back to the court)

LE can't clear those within the home of the victim FIRST, then there is a HUGE problem. Misty has been the KEY from day one, not a POI but the KEY, JMO

That is pretty much where my head is right now. At first I thought well if CS did take Haleigh maybe she knew of the abuse and wanted her out from under Ron's care since DCF ignored her and others complaints. I thought, maybe someone woke up and she didn't have time to take JR. I would of been OK if that was the case, still would be. It would of been a mother that took legal action in her own hands since LE and DCF failed both children!

At least it would mean Haleigh is alive. Then KP came out swinging when CS fired her and I had some concerns over what KP said about CS. But went straight back to the original gut feeling.

Ron over reacted in the 911 call and Misty was calm as day. Then everything else that Ron and Misty have done has sealed my opinion. TN and GGMS made it easier to assume that Ron and Misty were together on what ever happen to Haleigh. I try to remind myself to keep an open mind, the facts still remain the same. Misty is the key into knowing what happen and IMO LE feels she knows and she knows who did what and when. LE has been very quiet, it's almost like the quiet of a storm, right before the storm hits.

Again, I felt it only be fair for anyone that had suspicions regarding Marie to
feel free to share. Thank you everyone for being adults and keeping this thread respectful towards everyones opinion. We all have one...and we are all right regardless..LOL. We all want the same thing, for Haleigh to come home! :blowkiss:
