Marine Cpl. Cesar Laurean caught!!

Hudson told FOX News several weeks ago a computer was taken from the house of Laurean's wife's sister.

His wife was using the computer to communicate with Laurean, Hudson said, adding there was evidence that he planned go to Las Vegas and visit his family.

"She [Laurean's wife] is still deeply in love with her husband," Husdon told FOX News.

It was not clear if his wife's sister knew she was using the computer to communicate with Laurean.

IF christina was communicating with him, can she be brought up on charges of Obstruction of Justice? In a way, I can understand her communicating with him, as much as I may not agree with it, I can sort of understand it, but since we know she probably did NOT turn it over to LE, can they bring her up on some type of charges?

Marines worldwide are celebrating tonight. Since the DP might be out, LIP in Leavenworth would be much better. In civvie prison, you get rights, TV, computer access, yada, yada, yada. No such way in a military prison.

Good! No rights for the rest of his life!:behindbar

Didn't they already agree back when the charges were filed that the state would try him for Maria's murder?
your right I believe so, but Capt. Sutherland said tonight that a plea deal is out. I hate plea deals anyway.

I think they are going to bring her up on MANY charges in connection to Maria's murder and this latest trick of her's. She is up to her eyeballs in this (which alot of us have said from the beginning)!!

Dang, I miss cable. I hope the pc has a live feed on the internet tomorrow.

Oh yeah she is/was so involved! Well thats good I am glad she is deeply in love with that disgusting pig they will enjoy their time together in prison! :blowkiss: I guess she loved him more then she loved that beautiful little girl she is going to have to kiss good bye.

I would think so. A 'stellar Marine' who was electronically communicating with his wife. Guess he never heard of the 'NCIS' or even watched the show. Dumb ---.

IIRC there were several of us that thought she was actually the one behind the Maria's death - ie - the "mastermind" - right?

I feel bad for their daughter. She's had her world rocked, and it's only about to get worse....

Can the families be brought up too? Surely SOMEONE knew that C & C were communicating?!?!

If there were plans to go to Las Vegas, I wonder why LE didn't wait and capture him here in the states? I guess go after the sure thing. At any rate I am glad they have him!

Exactly! But then again...look how long he was on the run! He outwitted them for a long time. I guess that Marine training paid off after all. He used it to get a tan and drink tequila. (Taxpayer dollars well spent.)

Yeah, I have heard that military members (if they had to go to prison) would rather be in the general population of a civilian prison than to spend any amount of time at Leavenworth.
:behindbar

I hope they throw the book at his 🤬🤬🤬 wife, too!

Yes, I wondered about that, too. If they had just kept him under surveillance until he crossed the border...he would be a walking dead man.

I honestly don't think a jury would believe her if she said she thought her husband was telling her the truth when he said Maria committed suicide.

People do NOT commit suicide and get blood all over the house! and then cut themselves up.

Christine may not have been there when he killed her, but you know when she got home, Maria' and the baby's body were still there. :furious: AND she had to have helped him clean everything up!

Grrrrrrr

''I still love you but I can't believe you were unfaithful to me''... Christine's words to her stellar hubby! Oh yes I still think she was the mastermind of it all..She was and still is a women scorned.

Where are they getting this "swift arrest" from?! It is April 10 and he has been free since January. WTH?

More on Christina:

Authorities also seized the wife's diary.

"It's clear she's still deeply in love with him and she is vacillating between loving him and being angry at him for not being faithful to her," the official said. "It's not necessarily illegal for a wife to talk to her husband, but if she had tried to help him in any way, there would have been a problem."
