The ONLY connection I can find between the two remaining missing adult men is Hicks and Garrett were both arrested on separate drug manufacturing/delivery charges in June and October 2019 respectively, both in ADAMS county. Concidence - perhaps, but two individuals, both now missing, both convicted of drug manufacturing/dealing in the same county within a six month period? I personally couldn't rule out a connection.
Regarding the missing man, Mr. Hicks. If he is Mark Henry Hicks, Age 38 (DOB 2-25-87) he has a history of drug dealing/manufacturing, drug use, alcohol use, burglary/theft and fraud. Outside of a couple of very minor drug offences since he was released from incarceration following the manufacturing case in 2020, he's been clean, but how long he was actually jailed is unknown. He also has a recent drug arrest, that
though minor, might impact any probation he had from the 2020 felony charges.
