Of this morning's new group of 51 potential jurors, 24 were just sent home. Some had scheduling conflicts, others had medical issues. Pretty much what we've seen from every group so far. #SieversTrial is supposed to last 5 weeks, Thanksgiving is right around the corner. @winknews

Individual questioning on what jurors know about this case is happening now.

So far:
- 27 potential jurors were excused over hardship issues.
- 13 potential jurors without knowledge of this case were asked to return Friday.
- 11 remaining are being individually questioned

Judge Kyle is asking to move #JimmyRodgers sentencing back to a date in December. His sentencing right now is set for next week. At this rate, we'll still be in #MarkSievers jury selection and the holidays are approaching. @winknews

Now in status hearing for Jimmy Rodgers sentencing.

Rodgers sentencing was scheduled for November 18th, but Judge Kyle says because of the Mark Sievers trial, he wants to move Rodgers's sentencing to a date in December.

They are deciding on a date now.
