Both prosecution and defense say they need about 2 and a half hours each for the sentencing hearing.

Because Teresa Sievers's family has already made arrangements to be present on Monday, when the sentencing was originally scheduled for, Judge Kyle says they'll keep it as is.

Ok, we're back to #MarkSievers jury selection. Judge said they are on "lower end of 60" people in the potential juror pool now. He wants to get a few more before starting death penalty questions. Suggests a "lightning round" with 28 people to add a few more to the pool. @winknews

Judge Kyle says they have 54 potential jurors ready for the second phase of questioning but want at least 60.

Another group of 28 potential jurors is coming up now for the initial questioning phase.

We've moved on to the next phase of potential juror questioning. The roughly 60 people left will come in one at a time and answer questions about their opinion on death penalty, which is a possibility in #SieversTrial. This will take a while, likely days. @winknews
