They just lost another potential juror who simply didn't understand the legal process. Or at least she said she didn't. Quite a few jurors today with issues other than death penalty, including language concerns and legal understanding. #trialtweets #nbc2courtcoverage

It's been a long process and it's starting to show in attorneys and even the judge as it gets later in the day. I'd say the numbers are already to the point that the judge may need a fresh pool of jurors tomorrow to get a fully panel. #trialtweets #nbc2courtcoverage

So far 3 potential jurors questioned after the lunch break. 2 were asked to come back tomorrow to continue jury selection, another was released.

So far today, 6 sent home, 6 still in the jury selection pool. The 6 coming back tomorrow will join 24 other qualified PJs. @winknews

A bit of tension between attorneys and judge after clear disagreement on a potential juror. Motion for cause dismissal denied, Judge said he told attorneys if they don't follow up hypothetical questions with clear direct questions he's not dismissing PJs. #trialtweets

OMAMA....well that was the best link of the day!!! (In regards to JUROR QUESTIONAIRRE) How in the world can anyone answer those questions and not seem biased towards MS? "Have you ever known anyone going through a divorce with children?" REALLY? GOOD GRIEF....one would have to live in a nun's cloister in the
Swiss Alps not to have known a person who has gone through that. However, all the people I have known personally, going through a divorce with children, WAS NEVER MURDERED! Holy Toledo, (apologies to the residents of Toledo).... I think I can figure out who wrote most of the questions. (And I'm ok with him staying in a non-air conditioned prison...just sayin'.)

I personally think all jury questionnaires are a hot mess. I have seen local ones that are messed up ....
