Matthew McConaughey to be a dad

He's cute enough to watch on screen but he doesn't really make my heart go pitty-pat fast.

Besides, if the rumors about the b.o. and deoderant are true--I can't run fast enough in the other direction. DD dances with a girl in the ballet company who has some ah, issues with deoderant, and let me tell you, it's a serious problem if you have to work in close company with someone like that. My kiddo came home physically ill one day.

Bet his baby will be a cutie, though.

I used to find him attractive..but he is so full of himself that I do not think he is cute anymore. His personality is just a turn off IMO. he looks greasy too lol.
But either which way I hope they have a successful relationship and a very healthy baby.

I feel the same way as you. You said my feelings perfectly...are you reading my mind? lol

Awe, darn. All of my thoughts of Matthew being gorgeous, talented, and a good person might have to change now. I must have missed something in his interviews, because I didn't know that he was known to be full of himself. And, I sure didn't hear about the manners or the not using deodorant issue:eek:. Call me old fashioned or traditional, but I hope the tradition and order of marriage first, then comes baby make a comeback.

My hubby has not worn deoderant for about 10 years becuase he is alleric to it. He does NOT smell. I actually thought he had started wearing it again, but it came up recently, and I found out he still doesn't. I guess he is blessed with good pores.

Me too, White Rain! I can't fathom being to closey closey with a man who smells..

Welcome back White Rain!

 I know right? shoot, does anyone KNOW what his problem is w/ deoderant anyway? I couldn't even stand myself without much less someone else...
Oh, and thank you Lion...!!!!!!!!!!

Me either! I think he's OK, but I have no desire to be near his man-stank.

I am SO glad your hubby doesn't smell!!!! But is there not any kind (organic) or other he could use? What if a person DOES smell and is allergic? What do they do?
Your hubby certainly (and you, lol) sounds lucky!

:truce: Well, I don't wear deodorant either. The chemicals in it are said to cause Alzheimers and various types of cancer, especially if you put it on right after you shave or get out of the shower when the pores are still really open. I'm a natural kind of girl and try to stay away from chemicals as much as I can. I don't stink because I take zinc....and I'm a vegetarian. You'd be surprised how fast BO goes away if you quit eating meat. Just saying...

 On another note....I had two children by two different men out of wedlock and married a third man, the guy of my dreams.
I loved my children but after while, not the men.
Why settle?
Why get married just because there is a child on the way?
I may have missed my prince charming if I had settled just because I was pregnant.
The dynamics of a couple change so much after a child is born.
I didn't like the change so I wouldn't marry.
Or I guess maybe you're saying that we shouldn't have sex before we're married?
Yeah, right! I never bought a car that I didn't test drive first!
And though I am pro choice, an abortion is never an option for me.
The man I married loves me and the children because he wants to.
Our life is good and full of love and my children are wonderful, well rounded children who have alot of people in their life that love them... despite being born out of wedlock.

I know many less-than-well adjusted children who come from the "ideal" situation. The poor little things have damaged souls do to constantly watching their parents fight.
My children, through my "sins", are happy in their homelife.
The ideal situation is not always ideal. jmo.

Judge not.

Is Lance Armstrong the mother of this child? O.K. I had to say that. Them two are quite close.

Sweat is colorless and odorless. The thing that causes the smell is bacteria that forms on the sweat. This means your husband must not sweat very much, which probably accounts for his non-smell. :)

Exactly!! Whoops sorry Stan!! :silenced: :innocent:

That's okay .... you know I've always told you that you could have anyone you desired, you're that hot, Baby!!! ;) :blowkiss: You chose me and I'm so blessed. You still have time to chase  "ole' stinky, Matthew" though if need be!! lol Do you want me to stop showering and using deodorant, Hon? :snooty: :snooty: I can go "musky"!! :D

I too think he is hot :D Depends on how strong the funk is for me  I just perfer to watch him on the big screen and drool though lol

I think he is a great actor.I haven't seen We are Marshal yet.Haven't had to much time for movies lately.

My favorite has to be A Time To Kill...That movie makes cry like crazy I have to have my tissue ready. And then when daddy jumps out of that broom closet and takes care of bussiness I am cheering away :woohoo: .

We just saw that over the holiday, my son received it as a Christmas gift. It was VERY good, heart wrenching though.

My my my. I don't pay much attention to the celebs, so I never heard that Matthew was stinky. But I thought I read something recently that he was with Kate Hudson. Oh well.

Ugh I can't believe he didn't wait for me to have his children... Another one bites the dust... :boohoo:

My husband works hard outdoors alot, and I've never noticed him smelling bad, but he takes showers alot. In other words, some people have worse BO than others.

I wear very little deoderant but I don't prespire much and I shower regularly. Makes a big difference. Plus SOME deoderants cause a reaction and you smell even WORSE.

I worry a little about a man who says "I'm stoked" when going to be a father and got arrested playing bongo drums and dancing naked, but oh well, maybe I'm just a fuddy-duddy. :)

He sounds like he's really excited to be a father, and that's an appealing thing. Also the fact that he's moved his girlfriend into a real house rather than a travel trailer.
