MISSING| 55-year-old man in Baltimore County
Andre Volkman, 55, was last seen at Genesis Health Center on Emge Road, near Joppa Road, between Loch Raven Boulevard and Oakleigh Road, on Sat, Feb 1 around 4:30 p.m. He was wearing blue sweatpants.
Andre has limited cognitive function and needs his medications.
Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911 or 410-887-2361.
