They cant even put in the database if that poor person was male or female? What a shame. Id vote for female due to the small frame.
Looks like the person had a medical emergency (stroke, heart attack, embolism etc.) and a caregiver or family was scared of medical expenses and abandoned them at the hospital.

Very sad.
