Headless body of woman found in Southwest Baltimore; hands, feet also missing
"The dismembered body of a woman was found Monday in Southwest Baltimore, police confirmed.
Two employees of a nearby company walking through the 1600 block of Morrell Park Ave., a dead-end street in the Morrell Park neighborhood, reported seeing what they believed to be a body around 10:30 a.m.
When police arrived, they found the body under a “some type of tarp,” a spokesman said. The body was decomposing, and was missing the head, feet and hands.
Police have not been able to identify the victim yet. Because the circumstances of the death are unknown, the case is being treated as a “suspicious death.”
Yes definitely didn't have her head, feet out hands so she couldn't be identified at all!The Baltimore Sun's writer described the body as absent of head, feet & hands.

0 Missing Person Exclusions@Caring1 Hey could you post the current list of NamUs exclusions for this Jane Doe? I would greatly appreciate it.
Hair extensions are just merely attached to the scalp or hair and not within the scalp itself. I'm not sure if she was dismembered at the discovery site or elsewhere, but my guess is that some of her extensions fell out during the decapitation.Always late to the party ,I am just wondering about the hair extensions. Why are those there.? Like the same weird it would be had they found shoes there!
You wonder if in the mean time they were able to rule in or out that this foot belonged to the torso. Considering the time that went by I go with a "no connection".The foot mentioned in posts above is now in Namus as UP75127

My guess? She had painted nails, fingers and toes, and wanted to be extra careful not to leave any identifiable clues to her appearance.Head and hands I can understand in relation to making identification hard, but feet? Did this woman had something particular with her feet, like webbed toes, missing one or more toes, a tattoo? Or was it some sadistic streak or something done to make sure she fitted into?
