BALTIMORE, MD — A man is missing from Baltimore, and police have asked for help locating him. He is known to frequent the Horseshoe Casino, according to officials.

Chaz Alphonzo Faltz, 29, of the 1900 block of Harman Avenue, was last seen at midnight on Friday, Dec. 28, police said.

At the time, he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with white lettering, according to officials. He is described as 5-feet-10-inches tall and 170 pounds.

Faltz drives a 2005 black Nissan Pathfinder that has tinted windows and a Maryland tag number "2DK1480."

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.

Body Found In Inner Harbor Identified As Missing Baltimore Man

A body found in the Inner Harbor on Friday has been identified as a man who went missing back on December 28 in Baltimore.

According to Baltimore police, the man has been identified as 29-year-old Chaz Faltz.
