Concern for Missing Man
Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 1st District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing man.
David Emanuel Bailey, age 29, who was last known to reside at an address on Falls Grove Drive in Rockville, has been reported as missing. He was last seen between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 29, when he left the Montgomery County Men’s Emergency Shelter located at 600 East Gude Drive on foot. Family members have been unable to contact him since that time.
Bailey is described as an African American male, 6’ 2” tall and weighing 250 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Bailey was last seen wearing a tan hooded sweatshirt, white t-shirt, blue jeans, and brown and green boots. He has tattoos on his neck, left tricep, and forearm.
Police and family are concerned for Bailey’s physical and emotional welfare.
