On December 7, 1976 the body of Donna J. Frey was found on a grassy embankment on Rockenbach Road 0.4 miles east of MD Route 175 in Anne Arundel County, MD. Donna Frey had been stabbed to death. All indications showed Frey had been killed at another location and placed where she was found deceased.

I wonder if this murder might be related to the murder of Eileen Kelly, a resident of adjacent Prince George's County in December 1974. She had been kidnapped, held captive, was murdered, and her body dumped just over rhe County line in Washington DC.

Details: On 12-07-1976 police were notified of a citizen finding a deceased female on a grassy embankment at the above location. Investigation revealed the female had died of stab wounds. From all indications she had been killed elsewhere and placed at the location where found.
