I have submitted Russell Whitsitt as a possible match to the Baltimore County Police. Will post if I hear anything back.

According to police, John Bagley has been missing since August 22nd.

He was last seen at his home in the 1800 block of Woodbourne Avenue at about 4 p.m.

It has to be the same individual, with the same missing date and the same missing from address.

No. I did just update Mr. Bagley's missing thread as Found Deceased. With the difference in race and first name, I didn't connect the two threads until his missing person record at NamUs was removed. When I looked for an update, I found this thread. Just wanted to note the difference in race for the record.

i am confused, i thought there were two different missing persons with the same surname plus the title of this thread says "white male"...didn't check the missing dates
could he be john william or william john and hence the confusion?

Sometimes race is clear cut, but identifying races is often ambiguous or unclear, especially in a person who has mixed ancestry (as do the majority of AA and a large percentage of white people in the US). People tend to think it's a lot more clear-cut than it is.

yup, i am a mixed race southamerican which doesn't fit the stereotype so i understand why the confusion re: race, though nobody would confuse me with white!
